We recently built a new home and used Advantage Plumbing & Heating for all of our HVAC and plumbing work. Communication and follow through was TOP NOTCH. I was a little nervous initially because I got their name from someone that I don't know so it was a shot in the dark. The workmanship was great and I can't say enough about the great communication from the office staff. Reliable, trustworthy, responsive and all around a great company to work with. I highly recommend them and will be using their services in the future.

This is a great local business to work with. We had new furnaces and air conditioning units installed in the duplex we own. Everything works great and their prices are very fair. The guys that installed it were friendly and respectful and got everything done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Advantage Plumbing and Heating for any of that type of work you need to have done!

Eric with Atvantage was recommended to me after a very bad experience with another septic company. I was nervous after my bad experience but Atvantage surpassed my expectations. They respond to questions and make plans efficiently. The actual installation was today, the guys showed up ready to work bright and early as promised and finished the job before noon. They were respectful of my property and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I had them install our septic system for our camper lot and had a great experience. Michelle was quick to respond with updates as I asked and the overall process was smooth. I have no complaints!

Eric was the only plumber to respond to our call for advice about a leaking holding tank. Turned out to be a leaking toilet

We built a new home and hired them. They did not check on the plumbing of the whirlpool tub and installed it. It has been leaking in the inside wall behind the tub, and they refused to fix the situation. Something was obviously loose back there. We have not been able to use the whirlpool since it was about a month old when we discovered there was a problem with water on the floor back there. We spent all that money for nothing, and they would not honor the warranty. We called left messages, and they would not call back. Our banker called them too, about the fact there was a dent in the bottom of the tub they installed like that anyway, and that started leaking. Another plumbing company says it needs to be resurfaced, The bank did an inspection for us. They do not care that they did not return the bank's phone call either.. We had plenty of black mold to clean also on the floor by the tub, and have witnesses to the fact of all this trouble. This has been a long going issue, from date of installation.

SAVE YOUR PHONE CALL FOR SOMEONE ELSE. We called to have a couple little jobs done. We where not in a hurry and she said she would check on the approximate cost for me and get back to us. When she called back she stated they just where too busy for any new business. Glad to here their business is booming and they dont need any new business. But very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Receptionist rude and not helpful. Would not recommend!
