I work for a commercial real estate investment company that focusses on the asset management of a widespread portfolio consisting of buildings across Denver’s urban neighborhoods. Over the years, the portfolio has grown significantly, and through that growth we've come across many different vendors in the business. We have maintained a long-lasting relationship with Dave Scheck from Watershed Roofing and Restoration. We have worked very closely with Dave over the past 8 years on about 10 different projects. He is genuine, professional and dependable. We can always count on him to provide excellent, quality work. Whether we have questions regarding old projects or new business, Dave is always available to evaluate the site and give us his honest opinion and recommendation. He is a very loyal and generous guy – he is the first person we call for any of our roofing needs and he is the first person we would recommend to anyone that asks. Dave is one of the vendors we will continue to use time and time again but more importantly, he has become a life-long friend.

Great experience working with Watershed Roofing. We recently purchased our home and had the roof replaced as part of the contract with the sellers. Dave, the owner, was incredibly helpful and worked with us through insurance, negotiations, etc. Our project manager, Glen, was great to work with too. He was easy to get a hold of, kept us informed, and made sure the work was done on our tight timeline. The roofers were all nice and respectful while they were here. It was a difficult job (three-story home, tricky access, skylights, old solar panels) but our new roof looks great!! I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

We had our roof replaced with Watershed after a hail storm hit our neighborhood. From start to finish, our project manager Jose Herrera was extremely helpful in assessing the damage, working with our insurance company, and getting the job done on time. The roof looks great and we are very happy. Many of our neighbors are also working with Jose and Watershed and we would recommend this company to anyone else who has hail damage or just needs a new roof.

Our roof and skylights were damaged in the last hail storm. We have never filed an insurance claim before, so had no experience of the process. Jose Herrera the Project Manager for Watershed Roofing was extremely helpful! He was always very prompt in answering questions and was very good at guiding us through the whole process. Great experience with Dave and Watershed Roofing on our large apartment complex in Lakewood. Dave and the team were efficient and fast after a significant hail event. Great quality in both product and service on this commercial project. Will use these guys again if I need roofing in that area.

My experience with this company was great. Jose, our project manager was helpful and responsive and anytime I had a question, concern ect he was there to help or would work to get the answer. He made multiple calls to insurance to help us along the way and made sure we were informed the whole time.

Great guys! We do residential and some commercial installation of windows for them. I have seen the work they do and how they treat both their customers and their contractors. These guys are quality, I would not hesitate to call them for anything exterior related!

He was very professional and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. The work is high quality and I have no complaints. Definite recommend.

This company is horrible, they claim to do all the work for you but all they do is hire subcontractors to do the work that is actually done. They then will charge you for work that was never done. They make agreements and never follow through then will argue with you and your insurance company expecting payment for the work that was never done. Terrible customer service and terrible management. I would never recommend them and will be reporting them to the BBB.
