Bruce Vezina - State Farm Insurance Agent

Dylan Kline has been so helpful getting me started with State Farm afyer switching from another insurance. He has been available with answers or support any time I have had any questions...and I have many. Dylan seems to really care about what his customer's are feeling anf really listens, which is so refreshing!!!. I am very pleased with my choice to switch over. Thanks State Farm!

Bruce Venzia has been working with my older brother, my mom, and myself, after the death of my younger brother.
He and his staff have been knowledgeable and speedy in answering all of our questions.
They have also been supportive and have offered us resources. Bruce seemed to know my deceased brother on a personal level. I highly recommend him as an agent.

I have had State Farm Insurance since I was 16 years old!!I will be 69 in a few days!! During this time frame I have had times I had to call my Agent and they always took great care of me!! Yes there are cheaper Insurance out there....but you get what you paid for if you have to file a claim Bruce Vezina has been a Wonderful agent would not trade him for the world! In a day and age where speaking to a human at most businesses, let alone an insurance company is unheard of...this team not only answers the phone, but will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Very professional operation, were there in the time of need.

Yvonne is the lady that took our call. All morning my son was calling around getting quotes for auto insurance, Progressive, Geico, All State, Liberty Mutual and some smaller companies. We were treated quickly and professionally. However when we were connected with Yvonne we were met with uncertainty. She had to call us back… which I found odd. When she called back she made me aware that we can just add my son on our insurance (which we already knew). Not what we asked her to do. During this entire conversation she was talking over me. Tell me what I should do, that it was going to be expensive. I made her aware that we have been doing this all morning and haven’t had an issue. She then raised her tone and started complaining how she was the only one on the office and that she was just trying to help.

I asked her for her name and a work ID or something I can identify her by, I also made her aware that I would be filling an official complaint. And to just cancel our request. She was still rude and hung up on me.

She needs better training! I’m disgusted with her behavior!
