Mike and his whole team have been incredible to work with on the purchase of our home. He was quick to respond, great at feeling out what we wanted in a home, and diligent in finding the house as well as working with sellers when we did find a home. Mike made the whole process enjoyable, and he's fabulous with negotiations once we were under contract. He knows the southwest Denver so well, and many of the areas in which we looked he had sold multiple properties (sometimes 10 or 20 in a particular neighborhood), so he knew what was worth the price and what was too high for a particular area.

We can't say enough how wonderful it was to work with Mike and his team, and we refer him to all of our friends and family.

She’s kind, timely, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about the home buying and selling processes (and everything in between). We bought a home and sold a condo with Sarah, and she made it as smooth as that can possibly be. She constantly communicates, has your best interest in mind, and utilizes her resources to make sure she’s always getting you the best. I will recommend Sarah to anyone & everyone I know, and if I ever enter the real estate market again, I would choose her 10 out of 10 times.

She went the extra mile for us which was greatly appreciated since we were in Arizona during the offer process. After our offer was accepted she gave us several options to set up our home inspection.
She was there for the inspection and helped us understand how to proceed for here.

From the pricing to the staging, Debbie will maximize your homes value. She communicates with you through the entire process and is available for your questions or concerns at anytime. She is always professional and understands all the ups and downs with the market. She will assist you with appraisal, inspection and staging issues. She even has a junk removal recommendation when you are ready to move. Debbie is an excellent agent. I would not have anyone else.

A great partner. This is the third time I’ve used Justin in my homebuying/selling experience. He is second to none.
