5 stars for customer service. I walked into the store and before I could even say anything the young man behind the counter, Ian, asks “headlight bulb for a 2019 jeep grand Cherokee?” He saw me pull in, saw my headlight was out as he was walking back into the store, and pretty much had headlights pulled up on his computer when I got to the desk. Then he took the time to explain which bulbs were closest to the factory bulbs. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Ian proved that there’s still people who give a damn about their job and the customers. He should be considered for the next promotion or a raise.

Amazing service from (Matt w), I needed him to come out in the cold, and he offered to help me with finding the right screw to secure my battery after several tries finding the right screw size. Very thankful for the good service.

Robert was very helpful in finding and securing a Blue Top Optima deep cycle battery. This store is the most helpful of all the auto stores around and the manager is there to help. There is always an an autostore nearby and it is best to keep them in business especially this one. If you want help go here or call.

I was so stressed when I was nearly home after 3.5hrs of driving and my tire went flat right after I passed O'Reilly and it turned out that my compact spare was also flat. I pulled over into the townhouses behind O'Reilly and was concerned about being towed from an owners parking space while I walked over to O'Reilly to get an air compressor to fill the spare. The employee who spoke to me on the phone was so kind while I was walking there freaking out a little bit. They confirmed that they had air compressors I'd be able to use so I could get home.

Once I arrived at the store, they helped me find the air compressor to get my compact spare filled so I could make it the rest of the way home. They also ensured I knew how to use the compressor before I left, which I appreciated.

I'm a 72 year old veteran and these are the best folks. I walk with crutches but I still have car needs. I've never been in there that I'm not offered help right away. I was just there needing the radiator topped off with antifreeze because tomorrow it's going to start freezing and snowing. They were right there again with the help I badly needed. I can't carry a gallon of antifreeze but they took it out for me and put it in the radiator. That's a huge deal when you are a crippled guy and it was so much appreciated. A couple of weeks ago I needed a battery and of course they brought it out and put it in for me.
I'm sure they would do that for all their customers but it wouldn't be as much appreciated as I am !!

I want to thank Dominic for his help today, and going the extra step in making sure I was okay while I was having a bad day. Human compassion is huge, so thank you for offering that even though it wasn't part of your job.

I needed to buy DEF for my new deisel truck and Adam went above and beyond in helping me with this! My old truck was a Dodge Ram 1500 and I'm new to the deisel world. He was kind and didn't make me feel like an idiot. He also helped me carry a 2nd jug out AND THEN helped me fill the tank because I was fumbling with the boxes. Thanks so much, I'll be buying from you when I can. And Adam is incredible he deserves a raise

Helpful staff, I had a battery test done. I found a pretty cool Christmas ornament last time I was in there.

Tom, the store manager is absolutely on point. Probably one of the best parts guys I’ve ever met. I’ve been all over Carquest when they existed, Autozone, Napa, etc. he’s extremely helpful labels parts for you before he puts them in the cart so you can’t get them confused etc. He’s just all-around a rockstar. I walk in and I can tell the store is run well it’s clean and organized and the staff is also on point. Glad to know my neighborhood store is in such capable hands :-) keep up the good work, Tom.

stopped in to buy oil and a filter. asked tons of questions about my coolant system concerns. Aidan was awesome and gave me a quick but thorough education on everything I asked about. 100% would recommend.

Aidan is an extremely helpful resource when it comes to sourcing my auto parts! I always can count on O'Reilly for not only the best prices but also the best parts too! Several parts are covered with a lifetime warranty. I send all of my friends and family to this store because of the excellent service I can count on 100% of the time.

Well stocked store with good service. Chris was so helpful. He helped me on the phone and then again when I got there. He came out to my truck and helped us figure out which hose we needed and just gave us great customer servicer overall. Polite, patient and a big help! Thank you!

Stopped in here the other morning with what I thought could be a dying battery. The staff came outside, tested the battery, determined it was defective, recommended a replacement and helped with the installation. I was pulling out of the parking lot in less than 20 min. Absolutely great customer service - good job!

Superior customer service. I went in to purchase a cabin air filter. They offered to check and make sure I actually needed the filter, and went ahead and pulled out the old one. Since it was ready to be replaced, they went ahead and put the new one in for me. I really appreciate this level of service and the money I saved through them as opposed to what I’d have spent at the dealership. I highly recommend this place for honest business.

I called ahead to make sure they had the part I needed- an ambient temperature sensor pigtail for my MINI Cooper. They had the only one in the entire metro area, so I asked for them to hold it and made the 50 mile drive to pick it up. They had the part waiting for me and the team was super friendly! The store was tidy and shelf displays were full. If I lived closer I’d definitely be back, but I highly recommend this location for anyone in the neighborhood.

O’Reilly’s is in a different league compared to other auto part companies. They go above and beyond and I will be a loyal customer from this point forward. This location in particular is the best.

The staff are friendly and are willing to help. Recently built a 1972 Blazer and spent a bit of time here looking for belts, hoses and many other things. They usually had the part I need in stock or could get it the same day. I do see some discrepancy between the website and what they stock. If looking for a part it is best to call or visit.

I hope this gets to management. This store is great! The customer service and kindness of their employees is seriously amazing, and I would highly recommend it. It is the only auto store I will be going to from now on. And thank you Chris for going above and beyond!
