If there were a real estate video game, Bob Bell would be my create a character! He has helped our family and friends purchase and sell multiple homes and is always looking out for our best interest. He is an absolute class act, knows the metro area like the back of his hand, and truly cares about his community. While caring for you and your families real estate needs, he simultaneously leads a non-profit, "Food for Thought", that focuses on the needs of the children in the DPS system. They ensure that no child goes hungry over the weekend when they aren't provided a meal at school, feeding over 45 elementary schools (~8200 children) every single week! Bob is extremely extremely professional, exceptionally responsive, and he does what he says he is going to do. I couldn't recommend him enough!

We won't be able to say enough as to how happy we were in working with Bob Bell at Mile Hi Property. From our first meeting with him all the way through to closing, we appreciated his wealth of knowledge. This was our first house purchase and he made sure to go through everything so we had a clear understanding of the process. He was always available for questions and never made us feel like we were asking dumb or too many questions. As he is a Colorado native, he is extremely familiar with the area and provided clear insight as to the value of a house. With his experience, I was comfortable knowing that I wouldn't be overpaying for a house to the best of his knowledge/experience. We appreciated his input as we looked at various houses, as he was able to point out things to be aware of and things that we didn't catch due to our inexperience and lack of knowledge. It can be an overwhelming experience looking at various houses and especially with the market moving as fast as it does here in CO, and we was put at ease knowing we had Bob as a resource.

I am a small business owner, I called Bob Bell about a commercial property that has been vacant for over a year hoping to have a conversation about lease/own option due to lack of funding. he was curt, rude and unwilling to even have a conversation. rude!
