Outback Steakhouse

Service and the dinners we ordered were all excellent! Arial, our waitress, was very friendly and checked on our needs the entire time without being intrusive, and she made a wonderful drink recommendation, a total pro! Our steaks were properly cooked and tasted superb, as did everything else. We'll definitely be back to this Outback.

My goodness! Hats off to the chef! The steak, salmon, shrimp, and all the rest was amazing!! Our server Brandon W was so attentive and on point!

Me and my Fiancé went to this Outback Steakhouse for lunch today and WOW! We were absolutely blown away. We sat at the bar and immediately felt right at home. Brian, the bartender, and us became best friends in no time. I first tried one of their new signature cocktails, which immediately filled the void in my heart that had been missing all afternoon. My fiancé got a burger which was cooked to perfection, and I opted for the fried chicken sandwich. Both entrees were delicious and we almost stayed till dinner time because the company was unmatched in both character and professionalism. We can’t wait to come back.

I came in because they had a promotion going on I saw a commercial for. Steak and lobster for 24.99 for that week and it was well worth it. I was so satisfied. My server was super sweet and attentive too!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback Steakhouse, and I must say, the customer service was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in mánagers and staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs with genuine enthusiasm.

The waitstaff was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also went above and beyond to ensure we had a delightful dining experience. Our server Kyle was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations.

The attention to detail and the commitment to customer satisfaction at Outback Steakhouse have left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for not just great food, but an all-around outstanding dining experience.

I had a great experience! My server was great and my food was delicious. I also loved the manager, Luz. She stopped by and greeted us asked how our meal was, we where missing a few items and she did not hesitate to get hand in and bring items that we wanted to complement our meal. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. A great place to come out and eat.

Our server Josephine was fabulous. Hooked us up with birthday desert for my husband and respected our request for no singing. She went above and beyond on dinner suggestions as well. Dinner itself was amazing and service was prompt. Great experience!

It's just okay.

I came in expecting a really well marinated and cooked steak, but I guess my expectations were high?

I ordered the ribeye. The cooking was not bad. It was medium. The flavor though wasn't there, it was just salty and that's about it. Most of the food we got was just salty, not flavorful.

I also ordered the Tuna Tataki, which they call with a different name here. It didn't come as cold as it should be, and didn't really have much flavor either.

Adding some lemon, and flavor, would make this a better experience.

Customer service and bathrooms were good still.

Edit: Came back another time. This time I tried the center cut sirloin, medium rare. It was excellent, exactly what I wanted. Thick cut, juicy, right cooking, and the flavor wasn't just salt. There was a hint of zest.

Great food, Allergen Friendly, and a great price! I went to Ruth’s Chris and I will tell you that maying for a meal that could get me a ticket to Mexico sometimes is a bummer if it is not perfect. You can go to this place three times or more!!! It is always good

Our waitress Josefine was amazing! Fast & super friendly loved her attitude. We were so full but when she offered cheesecake for dessert, we just had to & best cheesecake ever! We will definitely be going back & asking for her.

I love coming to visit Jake at the bar. He creates the best atmosphere for guests. Him and Kirby are a great team in the lounge/bar area!! Overall an amazing Outback that can host any kind of guest or group!

Absolutely amazing food and service! Our bartender Jake was the best employee I’ve ever seen. My grandfather fell asleep and started drowning in his French onion soup. Jake pulled him out and gave him mouth to mouth. He saved our Christmas. I can’t say enough good things.

We went in lastnight the manager Luz took our order. She paced it and made us feel very welcome. She recommended the bone in ribeye with the bourbon onion it was amazing. Thank you for the great customer service. Happy holidays!!!

The service tonight was pretty rough. Seemed like got all kinds of excuses from server of why everything was taking so long. This review though is for the manager tonight, Byron. What an asset he is the the organization and especially to this particular location. He got involved with us after the server told him about our displeasure. He came to the table, asked our concerns and most importantly listened to us. He offered to comp the meal, which we declined. They have expenses and we were not looking to get something for free. He talked to us for a bit, apologized for the service issues and came back to the table a couple more times to check on us. What a true professional!! I can't speak highly enough about Byron! He ended up behind the scenes crediting our check $20, very thoughtful even though we told him it was not needed. We wanted to leave the tip for him! I hope upper management of Outback reads this review and give Byron the credit he deserves running the Outback Steak House in Westminster. Well done Byron, you are the best!!!

My Husband and I came in for dinner on 10/13/23 ther server we had was Steve and we had so much fun joking around with us laughing Steve was great we haven't had an server in a long time be like that it's was so nice. We were so very glad we decided to go in there to eat dinner it was so worth it Steve thank you so much please keep up with the great and hard work you do each and every shift. Also to every staff member that was there on Friday theb13 2023 we also thank you the hosting area was very nice respectful nice and helpful thank you all. All servers thank you for all you do you all are great and respectful. Kitchen the food comes out its hot smells good looks great thank you. Dishwashers Thank you all for cleaning up after us all we appreciate everything you all good and your all so great. This is our new best place to eat is there.

I love this Outback! The bartender Jake is awesome, he makes for an entertaining time. Everyone here, Kirby, Luz, Shawn, Brian and Nicki go all out to make you feel important and well taken care of.

Always a great experience! Everything tasted just like the last time as it should.

We had an excellent waitress. She was very attentive and served our food just as we had ordered. The only reason I gave four stars for food is we found it to be expensive if you want to order certain sides they are extra.

Absolutely amazing. Always a please going in here. Staff is always fantastic. They were slammed tonight and only at like a half hour wait. They handled it great. Thanks!!!!!
