I've gone to this place numerous times. Everything that has been altered and cleaned for me has been done perfectly. Great service!

Dropped some clothes off for alterations.

They are good with clothes. But ruined my hat. Only offered to cover the cleaning cost. No consideration for the cost of the hat.

I have heard good and bad as a local. I would probaly shop around a bit.

Review mile high dry cleaners, said it came in with a lot of stuff on it, my reply way I bought it at a thrift store, payed them15$ for cat hair & other fibers still on my really nice black coat! and claimed that she didn't see anything & can't clean inside of coat. She then went to the back and grab a lint roller... Started rolling it around my coat. I said if I wanted to pay for my coat to be washed, dried and have a lint roller takin to it I would of done it myself. No apologies, no offer to fix it, & told me she didn't care if I came back. I wasn't rude, never raised my voice or cause a scene. Very disappointed in service. I won't be returning and suggest a different cleaners....

Brought in a grey cashmere sweater and it was returned with holes and a bunch of black marks all over it. When I showed the man working he said I brought it in like that. I asked if he could fix it and he said no and wouldn’t give my money back. Sad I ruined a brand new sweater here - take your clothes elsewhere!

STEALS CLOTHES AND LIES CONTINUOUSLY!!! when they no longer want to do business with you because you don't come in often enough or give them enough business.

3x I WENT THERE TO INFORM THEM THEY STILL HAVE ONE MORE SHIRT, and the 3rd time I informed them they still have my bag I transfer my clothes in...so he gave me my bag, but lied he didn't have my shirt. (STRANGELY ENOUGH, when I first dropped off my shirt and my purple bag, they took the shirt out and stated it was the only shirt in the bag.)

They are also not punctual when they say they will be open. Not knowing if they'll ever arrive after waiting some time my wife and I drove away.

I brought them 10 shirts and 3 pants. when i picked them up i brought them 3 more shirts and 2 more pants (about $53 total which i thought was a little high but nevermind that). I went off and wore one of the shirts I had brought them the first time and noticed there were a bunch of little white spots on them. I thought maybe I had ruined the shirt myself somehow so I checked the other shirts and noticed the same white spots. I then called them to tell them I really liked the way they did the pants (because I did), but I did not want them to ruin any of the other shirts so I would take them somewhere else. The gentleman that helped me was the owners son so he said he would talk to his dad about it.

I got a call back saying they wouldn't do the shirts but they could only give me store credit instead of the money back... okay whatever not a big deal but combine that with the lack of offer to re-do my shirts showed me the way they do business. I will not be coming back (after i claim the store credit) to this place nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

The owner told me he didn't want to clean a Burberry coat, then waived me out of the store. I'm at a loss for words.
