That one guy auto

I went in needing a replacement engine and I don’t think any work has been done on my work truck. He charged me $3K ($1500 of which he needed up front even though he “had” an engine available for swap) The first repair took weeks, which is understandable but when none of the problems were fixed he supposedly couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. While trying to diagnosis the issue He had my truck on and off for months. This was a loss of income for me. Then he told me we was moving to Nebraska for another job. I tried to get my truck into him before he went to Nebraska but he completely stopped responding to my texts. I see online he is still in Broomfield and will be reaching out. I deserve a refund or my truck to be fixed at no extra cost. I don’t see how if the engine was replaced that I would still be having the SAME EXACT engine issues as before the suppose swap.
