Campers Inn RV of Pittsburgh

I live in Wheeling and Work in Pittsburgh for over 24+ years I drive on I-79 and I noticed that a rock and gravel business was putting in RV's which I thought was for the oil and gas workers.. then I saw a "RV on Sales banner", My wife and I were talking about getting a RV and we were shopping online and this was close to us.

We went there on a Saturday, Shannon met with us and showed us around she was knowledgeable about the product and was very patient with us, this is a huge investment. After which, it could have been an hour we found the one we wanted and we did "wheel and deal" and we came to terms and purchased, we purchased the Forest River LE 2251SLE it's an RV not a trailer.

The following week we went to the Ellwood City location to pick up our new RV and the team at Ellwood scrubbed that RV from top to bottom, we had a "lesson" on the RV and this employee spent 45 mins explaining how everything works and topped off the fuel tank, When getting ready for your ownership the staff will show you everything is working from the lights to the water and heating and start up the generator and show you how the water storage tanks work and how to clean and drain them. If you do purchase and you get an RV (might be different for trailers) and do the walk-through do take notes or even do a video you will be tested later 🙂 when you are on your own thinking what needs done

The staff at Ellwood was also very friendly and helpful and yes your making a big investment and they know that, but I dealt with car dealers that never made you feel welcome.

If you are within 100 miles of this Pittsburgh Campers INN it's worth the drive to get you into this as I have found out "hobby"

The Pittsburgh Campers INN is still a work-in-progress that's why we had to go to Ellwood City to take ownership Pittsburgh is going to add service bays as well as an indoor showroom, as with everything in 2022 this will take time.

It's been a few weeks since we took delivery and I am happy with this RV, yes it was built in a COVID world and you must accept that and double check every working device in your new investment. That being said I wasn't happy with the aftermarket dashboard radio and I purchased a new one, I'm installing myself and I had a question about removal of the old radio and I emailed the manufacturer and the service department that built this unit quickly emailed me back and said he was going to call, he did and while on the phone I was able to email pictures of the dashboard and he explained how to remove the radio, I found that exceptional service

We have been in the market for a rv for a few months. We visited numerous places of rv sales and either pushy salespeople or rotten service and lies to make sales had us still searching. We then stopped in at campers inn here in Ellwood city Pa. and that’s where we met Billy D. Finally! Someone with no B.S.!!! He took the time to show us multiple RV’s in our price range and then we found one that was a little more than we wanted to spend and they worked with us to get it into our price range. No numbers juggling or washouts, Just a great price out the door . No B.S. as we paid for this out of pocket and did not finance. Also would like to give a shout out to the sales manager for working with us along with Billy D. To give us a great experience. As well as Don Orgavon “Dink” in service for thoroughly showing me all the features and procedures on our new RV. Your 1st class brother! Thank you guys so much for all you did to make this happen for my family and I. We look forward to future purchases with you.

We didn't feel requesting to buy. Cary, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, helpful - answered all our questions. The entire sales and finance process was very smooth. The guys in Service thoroughly reviewed the features and made sure all questions answered and that we were comfortable before we drove off the lot. They did a nice job start to finish with us. Would recommend Dan in sales too!

Always friendly. We have had service done on our travel trailer and they always did a good job in a timely manner. We recently ordered parts through them and they were very helpful in finding the part we needed and ordering it for us.

From start to finish (and continuing) our experience has been stellar. Cary helped us evaluate several options for what we felt we needed in a travel trailer and we our delighted with our Imagine. Will was very personable and thorough. Dan took his time with the walkthrough to make sure we were completely comfortable.

We have an issue with the table and Scot jumped right on it with the dealer and we hope to have resolution very soon.

This is the second travel trailer we purchased at Campers Inn Pittsburgh.

I bought a Golfstream Friendship travel trailer about a year ago and we love it! We had one issues with the door and Campers Inn has addressed the issue by replacing the door.

We just got back from a week long camping trip and I was scheduled to have the door replace two days after we returned (July 3rd) I dropped the camper off at 9am and was told it was finished at 5pm the same day and I could pick it up on Wednesday (July 5th) with them being closed for the 4th.

At 6pm on July 3rd I remembered that I had put a bag of ice in the freezer and started to freak out thinking it would melt and ruin a bunch of things in my camper by the time they were back to work on July 5th. I got ahold of the GM and he saved the day, he drove in at 8pm to remove the ice which was mostly melted but thank fully it had not leaked out of the bag yet. This guy went above and beyond and potentially saved me a lot of money and headaches! Thank you so much for caring!

After months of searching RVs at other dealerships, we purchased a 2023 Imagine 22RBE two months ago. Lisa Rohrer was our sales person. She did a fantastic job of helping us find exactly what we wanted. No pressure sales like some of the other places. She spent hours answering all our questions and we had a lot since this was our first RV purchase.She made our buying process very enjoyable. She even worked it out so we could store it till April. From start to finish we had a wonderful experience. Ted in finance was knowledgeable. Mike the manager was very helpful resolving an issue. At our walkthrough Ryan took extra time with us explaining everything about the Imagine 22RBE. When picking up the RV this week, Don went through every detail of the hookup process with us. Overall we received 5 star service.

We have had many campers in the past bit this was our first new trailer. Lisa Rohrer was very helpful. She took the time to make sure my family found the right one for us. Unfortunately by the time we were ready to pull the trigger, the one we wanted sold. So she helped us order one. She was very up front with the cost and time frame of a new order. We were very pleased with the whole transaction.

What a great experience. We look at trailers that suit us. We like that we could scan and look up brochures for more information. Will Poterek check back to see if we had any questions. After looking, we had a list of the ones we liked. Will was patient, listened and answered all our questions and gave us a lot more to think about. That would help us make a good decision. Campers Inn (Pittsburgh, Ellwood City Location) -- This location has the best staffing! Everyone was so helpful & knowledgeable and it really made our experience easy and enjoyable. Mike H. was our sales rep and he was OUTSTANDING! He is so personable and it seems like he really cares about the people sitting in front of him. He really helped us find everything we wanted in a camper and are so thankful we got to work with him. We also worked with Matt, the technician. Matt gave us a full walk through of the camper and explained everything in detail, which for new trailer owners, is so important. He was able to answer every question we had with ease, we had the most comfortable feeling with him in knowing that he was so experienced and knowledgeable, thanks Matt! Ted was our finance guy. Ted really took time explaining the additional options to us to help us weigh the benefits, we didn't feel pressure at all while signing and he does such a great job at explaining things. Overall, this was such a great experience for us and we can't thank this AMAZING team enough.

Campers Inn of Pittsburgh earned 5-Stars from me. Salesman Jeff was excellent in finding us the right travel trailer for our needs. We were able to work together on a deal that worked for us. And 6-Stars to Matt from the Service Department who did our walk through with us and could not have been a better person for that job. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure we understood our new camper. We also purchased several items items from the Parts Department who’s staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We worked with Brandon Boots and he did an outstanding job at not just the sales part, but also with making us feel welcomed and comfortable. He asked the right questions to make sure that all of our needs for a camper were met. He did a good job at explaining everything on our personalized quote and took the time to answer all of our questions. I liked how everything was presented so that there were no hidden costs or fees. We are a young family and first time camper buyers. He was very informative about the camper itself, proper towing, our tow vehicles capabilities, and ensuring that we would have years of safe and fun camping. My husband and I just bought a travel trailer at Campers Inn Pittsburgh . It was a great experience. Our salesman Brandon Boots was wonderful. He was so patient with us. He was always available to answer questions and placed us in a trailer we love. Everyone we came on contact with was friendly and helpful. We want to thank the GM for working with us as well as Ted in the business office. Adam , the young man that gave us the walk through was awesome. He knew every part of the trailer. We had a wonderful experience with Campers In!!! Eric Rice the salesman was also great. He was very helpful and understood our needs. We told him what we were looking for in a pop up and he did his best to accommodate us. We went there to look at a used camper and were not expecting to drive off with a brand new one but the staff worked hard to get us the best possible deal.
