They can not even change a tire

Service department is lackluster. Every time I get repairs there the problem is never resolved and I have to go back in multiple times to get it fully resolved.

Most recently I purchased a transmission there, spent $2500 roughly. Within 3 months it has leaked twice now due to bad seals, which all told for repairs would put me near the cost for a new one in the first place.

When I complained they said they don't in fact actually inspect the used parts they put in the cars (they actually just get them from the local junk yard) and basically if a used part doesn't work that's not on them.

I strongly disagree with that statement, given that one would assume their GM Certified technicians would at the very least put a decently working part in, used or no, but no.

I have already placed reports with the BBB and GM and am awaiting their replies.

Stay clear, they may not be scam artists...but they certainly aren't honest businessmen
