Excellent - the doctor has plenty of time to talk and assess, unlike previous experiences. An absolute pleasure to visit.

It's frustrating when you call your doctor's office to find out when you last physical exam was and they tell you it has to be prior to 2017.
I then ask " So you can't tell me the exact date I was last in for a physical?" Her response is "Well, I would have to go pull a paper chart."
Okay...whatever you need to do. So I didn't get the answer I wanted because I didn't want to bother the lady into taking 3 minutes to find my paper chart and look the date up.
When I worked in dental if someone would have called in with that question and I couldn't give them the answer they were looking for on the computer infront of me, I would have asked them to hold so that I could try to find that information for them in their paper chart. 🙄🙄🙄 There are all kinds of people and laziness that fulfill jobs with no effort to help the people that matter most which is your patients and customers. Like would that answer have been satisfying enough for her if she was the one that was asking for herself? I think not.

THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE. Don't go here unless you want to sit there for 4 hours and also be treated like you're an idiot by their ancient incompetent staff. Also I got a perscription from them and they wrote MY MOTHER'S NAME AND BIRTHDAY INSTEAD OF MINE. Don't waste your time, go to an office that can operated proffesionally.

Useless … you call them and they get mouthy with you all because someone is on vacay. No wonder why people switch doctor offices
