Tuscany Village Nursing Center

My daughter lived at Tuscany for several months while waiting for a major surgery . Unfortunately she had a surgery that caused complications and she died in hospital . But the wonderful people that work so hard at Tuscany made her last months very good for her . From the wonderful wound care , nursing , housekeeping and med aid staffs they were so great . She was so appreciative of them . As her mother I was there often and saw many positive interactions between the staff and patients . I could lay my head down knowing she was having fun playing games , talking with the nurses , just enjoying herself . Thank you , all of you . I wish I'd have won the lottery I'd have doled out millions . What a great place .

Ricci in the business office is amazing. Ricci is responsive, compassionate, and works hard for the residents at Tuscany. Brenda is a kind, effective, and talented nurse. She takes such good care of the patients at Tuscany. And Knight is such a thoughtful chef that really gets to know the patients there. Knight is a talented chef.

Trinitee in admissions and the new administrator Diana were wonderful greeting and showing me around the facility. Diana told me she started as a CNA so she has worked multiple levels in LTC facilities which I really like.

The rooms are larger than most of the facilities I visited and very clean. Also liked there is a half wall between roommates allowing for better privacy plus room for some personal touches/ furniture to make it feel more like home. The medical staff was visible in all hallways plus the residents I saw were clean and content. No one crying for help so they were being attended to in reasonable time.

We were part of the patients put on 90 day notice with Fountains at Canterbury closing all it's facilities so like everyone else, in a mad rush to find a quality long term nursing care for our Mom which can be limited since she is on Medicaid.

We love the location as well, in a nice neighborhood and close enough to highway systems so our family can go see her more often. Needless to say we are going to give this facility a shot and praying it works out great.

Great treatment from a wonderful staff. The administration team is caring and involved, the nurses and nursing aides are caring people. Derek is an engaged nurse. He is professional yet felt like he was apart of our family at times.

This was hands down one of the best places I’ve worked and was very sad to leave. The administrator is Amazing and one of the sweetest most genuine people who truly cares and works hard to make a difference. All of the staff work very hard to make this building a wonderful place.

Triniti was so helpful today with getting all the paperwork done before moving our mother to the facility. She really knows her job and made us feel so welcome. I’m sure mother’s stay during rehab will be great.

The staff was very friendly, caring and helpful. I appreciated that they went the extra mile for me several times, especially like getting me a cup of coffee before breakfast. They delivered my medications on time and were usually very prompt in delivering pain medication when requested.

The only frustration I had was with the soda dispensing machine. It was frequently out of Sprite and I lost $4.50 in it trying to get sodas. I never learned to whom to report my losses so I could be reimbursed.

I'm currently a resident at Tuscany Village and overall have had only a positive experience. I have found the staff to be professional and caring. I have been treated with nothing but compassion and respect. There may be a glitch from time to time but I would absolutely recommend Tuscany Village.

This is one of the most beautiful facilities I have seen in Oklahoma, and the staff here has been amazing. I have experienced many nursing homes and this one is by far the best, the staff works very hard to meet residents needs and it is a clean facility. The food is great and I have no complaints about their management team. I will recommend them to everyone!

I'd like to say that the services at Tuscany have been outstanding. I made some friends. I really did appreciate the attention I received. They nurses and CNA have attended to all my needs. Been very kinds, especially on aisle 2.

I am very happy with the care here. They are friendly. The team here comes to meet us and be sure we are all on the same page. They are caring and devoted to the patient. I am happy with the care he is recieving

I saw Tuscany on the news last night. What a slap in the face to all Healthcare workers. If you're that unhappy then WHY do you keep your loved on there!
You should come work in our shoes and see what real life is like during COVID-19.
Great job Tuscany staff on doing the best you can in a HARD situation.

I stand by Tuscany. They have some of the strongest staff that I know. If you feel that your family is not being taken care of. Take them home or go apply for a job and help out.

I think they could have answered the button that alerts them a patient needs them we had to call the front desk to get a nurse but once the nurse came in the room she was very helpful thank u nurse Stacey u calmed some fears my.mom and I had

Very clean. Staff is friendly. I go to visit a church member with our sick and shut-n-shut in ministry. Our churh member is happy there.

Excellent attendance and participation in the Bible Study today ...
Total 10 today, finished Luke 12, and will proceed on to 13 next week 😊👍

Very friendly staff and structured facility. Glad I spent the time to visit. Tour guide was very informative.

The facility may not have the newest accommodationss, but the nursing staff Is kind and caring and go beyond what's expected to help their patients.

Worked on fire system with the maintenance supervisor and he was very professional and helped me with the work
