Horrible communication, phone numbers do not work. I finally got my order after threatening to cancel. Do not recommend.

DO NOT order from this company!!! If I could give negative stars I would! I ordered a t-shirt on 9/8/2022, I still do not have it!! I emailed about mailing it to me as I live out of state or if I need someone at home pick it up for me. I received 1 response! I have emailed multiple times as they don’t answer the phone and have not received an answer. I do not even want the t-shirt anymore and would like a refund! I can see I am not the only one with similar complaints!!! Bad business practices!!!!

Do not order from this place. Ordered a hoodie 4 weeks ago and was told it would be ready in one week. Terrible customer service and the guy just straight up lies to you.

Go to C&S for any local wear.

Placed an order on 1/9/2022 for 4 items for my daughter for softball. Called on 2/9/2022 because my order still hadn’t shipped. Was told it would ship in 1-2 days. It’s now 2/17/2022 and it still hasn’t shipped and can’t seem to get anyone on the phone. Now have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my bank and finding somewhere else to have shirts done.

Do not order from this place and expect it to be delivered in the mail like a normal place.. I could have ordered from China and had this hoodie faster than this place up the street!! Been a month and I'm still waiting! Aliquippa #goQuips

Bad customer service I order hoodie on Wednesday I called before placing my order they said that they would’ve done on Friday when I called today they said that they was waiting on ups for packages I waited hours to called them back nobody answered the phone I had to email them about my order they emailed me back they said that they leaved for the day and they didn’t have a number to called me about my orders but before placing the order he asked my number but my number is on my order they got nasty with me about my orders this isn’t first time I placed a order with them I had to find my order myself every again will I order something from them
