I really enjoyed working with Crystal Johnson she was very nice and efficient gave me very good directions and understanding of what needed to be done.

I go to Block so I don't have to learn how to do my own taxes. I haven't time or interest enough to become a tax expert. The service price was fair and lower than last year. The whole process was quick & efficient. Now it's done & I don't have to be an adult for another yesr.

Krystal was extremely helpful and easy to interact with. She went above and beyond my expectation ! She put me at ease and answered all my questions. Very professional.
