I needed a new serpentine belt and a belt tensioner for my 2016 Explorer and it was done in less than a week after we shook hands for the first time. On-time, High professional, my starter went bad was stranded at work, i called place after place they gave me 4 to five-day wait, called rutter's boom like a mechanical Genie was there, waited tops 1hr, done in a hour.
