Frank Hacko Insurance is the absolute best. We had them for nearly 20 years and were so disappointed that we couldnt keep him and his staff when we moved out of state. They were always so personable, always answered our questions, and found us the best deals on insurance whether home or car. We will definitely miss them! And we will continue to refer them to everyone we know in that area.

These people are 100 percent amazing. They always help out and find me proces that i can afford. They treat you like family and you literally always leave with a smile. Thank you, all so very much!!!

If I could give him 0 stars I would. Switched insurance with him and he never finished doing all the paperwork stating we started a new policy. His mess up caused a lapse in insurance, resulting in our registration getting suspended for not having insurance even though it was paid monthly. Called to sort it out. He said he needed the papers so I gave him it so he could fix it like he said he would and he never did anything about it. After officially getting the registration suspended after we did everything he asked of us to get it fixed he told us to call the DMV and deal with it and pay restoration fees after we never went a day without insurance.
