Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Was thoroughly pleased and impressed by the staff at the Chippewa Enterprise Office. I was in need of a car to rent after an accident and needed to be in Ohio for a baseball tournament and my son’s wedding. Their complete professionalism and speed in getting me in a car with a short window of time was so amazing. Also, after having to change plans for the pickup, their staff made it happen without a hitch. Tyler did an amazing job. Also, would lIke to thank the manager at the store who conveniently made the ability to change the drop off point without a problem. He was great. Also, like to put a shout to the manager of the office in Bellefountain, OH for helping my family out during this exciting and trying time of my son’s wedding.

Can't say enough about the customer service at the Enterprise Pittsburgh airport, along with the selection of vehicles. The crew set me up in a beautiful Silverado and did follow ups with me to make sure everything was fine with the car. I thought the days of a walk-around with a rep where long gone but not here. Highly recommend to any business or leisure traveler. Kudos Enterprise!

This location has always been extremely professional and courteous. There's more going on behind the scenes than I thought as the person running this location is not only answering phones and completing all your necessary paperwork, they are also cleaning cars as they come in! I highly recommend becoming a member if you are going to rent a car even twice a year. As a member, you'll eliminate excessive paperwork, receive discounts and streamline the entire process. A few clicks on your phone and you're set.

Staff was very friendly! They didn't have the car available that I was to get because of a inspection issue, but I got a cool truck instead!

Great vehicles & A+ staff. Each time I rent from this location I am given a reliable vehicle. The staff is always kind and courteous. The wait time is minimal. I have had no issues when renting from this location (3 vehicles and 3 5-star ratings.)

I always rent through Enterprise and in fact have rented 3 times in the last month. They are always helpful and courteous. They always have the car I need and have offered a free upgrade when able. I am renting again today to travel on vacation and am anxious to see what car is available for my trip all clean and ready to go.

Needed a car due to a tire blowout on the highway the day before. The staff was more than willing to get me into something quick and easy. They picked me up and got me on my way to work for a steal. I would recommend them to any friend or family member.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They acted quickly and efficiently to assist in our requests. The location was easy to find and clean. The car was cleaned and ready for use. We will use this location again!

Used the Darlington Road location which is brand new. Great customer service! Went out of their way to accomadate us. Used our Costco membership for a free upgrade, renting a full size vehicle at the price of a mid size. When we arrived we were offered a Grand Caravan at the same price!! With 2 adults and 3 children (2 in car seats) it was perfect! The van was brand new! We couldn't have been more pleased!

The agents at this location were extremely helpful, pleasant and most important for me, fast! I was in and out within 10 minutes of my arrival. I ended up needing to extend the rental a few days longer and it was as easy as a quick phone call. Convenient, professional and fast service, highly recommend this location!

Renting a car during a pandemic does not seem like the best idea; however, it was a clean and easy experience. They have the best prices in the area. I will certainly never use another rental company again.

This place is just awesome. I always receive great service here. They recently moved to Chippewa next to the Med Express. Joe, the manager here is very accommodating. With his help, my family and I had a wonderful trip down to Myrtle Beach!

Sid is the best around I've had multiple issues with enterprise unfortunately but sid has always done everything within his power to accommodate me and make sure I have the best experience even if I haven't had the best experience with enterprise company did always make sure my needs are met and taken care of truly goes above and beyond just working his job
