Went in there talked to some woman name sandy or cheryl I believe took care of me about diet pills

The receptionist was terrible. I showed up for my appointment 2 mins early but couldn't sign in on their kiosk because they had my birthdate wrong in their system. I then got criticized for not filling out some documents prior to showing up (even when it says on the document I'm not required to do so prior to the appointment). The receptionist also talked about me in a negative way while I was in the waiting area. The doctor that helped me was terrific though.
