-This visit to the location was a great experience, the sales rep Jayde did have to call for support from her manger, although was very helpful & efficient at her job nonetheless. Especially being a newer employee, I think she handled the sale exceptionally!
-Had little trouble at first doing what I was trying to do the last time I visited this location, but Jayde was a great help getting me all taken care of the second time around. And I would recommend her to any customer looking for a pleasant experience while shopping at this location.

First off let me say that girl in there is amazing!!!! Leilani helped me so much, she’s so kind, very knowledgeable. She was so fast helping customers as she was alone by herself nobody waited to long for her service. Not that I would have minded waiting for her! I think it would be in this company’s best interest to keep this young lady in there!!! A lot better than ANY other person they’ve had in a while

Great customer service experience. My wife and I went in late on Friday 3/4/22 to look at switching from Cricket. It was close to closing and we expressed we didn't want to keep the two employees. They both assured us they didn't mind staying while we decided. They showed us different options and we ended up deciding to switch. They got us all set up and were very pleasant throughout. We kept them 15 or 20 minutes past closing but they didn't seem to mind, and even expressed that if we needed anything in the future and we couldn't get there until they were closing to give them a call and they'd wait for us. One of the best experiences I've had anywhere in a long time. Well done. Highly recommended.

I first visited this store in April 2017 to transfer my service from Straight Talk. Ashley Stewart was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me select the best phone for my needs and also made sure I had the proper accessories to protect it against dropping it. While transferring my service she offered to transfer all of my contacts, photos and other information to my new phone. She even made sure everything was set up just the way I wanted it to when it came to my settings for notifications. I couldn't of had a better experience. I've been a customer of Verizon, Straight Talk, and Cricket. Hands down Ashley is the best sales person I've dealt with. She's personable, intelligent and not one of those push sales people who are just looking to get a commission. She makes sure you get exactly what you came into the store for.

Best customer service in any phone store. Best prices. Always walk out happy, with a new phone. Best rate plans, and they always fix any problems I have with my device.
