Good Wheels

I recently bought a 2012 Jeep Compass from Good Wheels. I had been shopping for weeks for a decent, reliable and affordable vehicle and just wasn't finding anything worthwhile. I decided to give these guys a shot and I gotta tell you - it was well worth it!! I love this little Jeep! It runs great, looks great - there's nothing I don't like about it! And the entire team at Good Wheels was fantastic! I couldn't have hoped for any better! I will definitely be going back the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle and I'll be recommending them to anyone else I come across! These people are number one in my book. Thanks Good Wheels!

Denise was very easy to talk to and very down to earth and while I was waiting for my check to deposit into my account to make my down payment Jared took the initiative and paid it for me right then and there so I could go home with my brand new vehicle. it was my first time car shopping so for a first time experience it went great. thanks again to everyone who helped me out today!

Awesome dealership! I’m from Cleveland Ohio which is 100 miles from Good Wheels. I was interested in a vehicle they had for sale and dealt with Jared who is their sales manager. He went above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied with my purchase, I even won a tv! The vehicle was as described and photographed. I went down to check it out before purchasing and was happy it was not a wasted trip. I went back the following week to purchase the vehicle which was a quick and easy process. These are great people. From the moment I walked through the door and told them I had no credit they acted as if they valued me as a customer and wanted nothing more than to get me a reliable car in my budget. I've been to other places, and as soon as I told them my credit issues, they acted as though I were an inconvenience. Kevin worked with me to find the right car, and Jared helped me get the financing I needed. They never tried to upsell me (though I did buy a great warranty through them) and walked me through every step. They stayed hours past their closing time to get me on the road that very night. Jared even drove me to an ATM so I could withdraw my down payment. The financing department also stayed to let me sign all the contracts well after their closing time (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, but she was so amazing). The car (a super clean Chevy Impala) runs and drives great. Not once did I feel like they were just trying to pawn off some beat up old clunker. They take care of their vehicles, and thoroughly check them over before selling them. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a quality pre-owned car. Thanks so much Good Wheels!

Ellwood City good wheels is amazing!!! We got such an amazing deal and they made the process so easy and simple and did everything to help us out. The whole team is amazing. Especially Jared!!! He made sure everything went nice and smooth and even had the car we wanted transferred from the other store for us. Recommend them every day of the week!!

Denise was our sales lady and she was more than fantastic! It makes a huge difference in sales people , she clearly puts her heart behind her work . It was a very stressful situations at first because I was in a dire need of a vehicle and my credit is very less then perfect, I'm going through a separation and I needed to get another car and my sales person named Grace, handle my situation very professionally, she was very understanding of my current situation and moved mountains to get me approved and get me into my new vehicle. I recently bought a used vehicle with Good Wheels. Jared and his father Shawn helped me find something under my budget out the door as well as replaced the broken parts free of charge. I had practically brand new 17 tires put on and a full detail inside and out. The hospitality is very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend anybody here especially for their first car.

Great place! Great staff! They work with you and your income to help you get back on the road in a nice reliable car of your choosing as long as your income matches the price of the vehicle!! I didn't get a car myself but my mother and father in law did and they let us rest drive the cars to see which ones we like best! All around great experience! Would recommend to everyone I know!!!
