Valvoline Instant Oil Change

No appointment, gave me options and didn't force services on me, had oil changed and out of the garage in 15 minutes. Didn't even get out of the car. Was awesome. Thanks to Nick and his team.

Quick, convenient oil change.

My husband and I take both his Toyota Tundra and my Lexus sedan to get our oil changed at this location. We’ve gone a few times and the associates are always friendly and personable.

I especially like that they do a pre-check before your oil change (18-point check total) but they look at your lights, high beams, blinker, brakes, windshield wipers, wiper fluid, battery, etc. it’s a great perk that’s often overlooked at other big box stores.

Upon arrival, Tom had performed all of these checks for my husbands Tundra. I waited about 10-15 minutes before it was my turn. This is a busy location so I expected there to be a bit of a wait.

Once in the bay, Roy walked me through all of Valvoline’s suggestions and recommendations for his truck (flushes, etc - I can’t remember the other things) Roy wasn’t pushy at all for the other services and I drove away with just an oil change.

Valvoline always has coupons and promotions (you can Google them while you wait) - they’re anywhere from a few dollars off to 20% off.

They do a great job at this location, especially given how busy they usually are. Highly recommend them for your oil change needs.

This place is phenomenal. The staff are extremely professional and the facility is amazingly clean for a car service place of any type. And they have a screen that shows what is happening under your car. It is great!

First time here, very helpful with directions to pull inside the pit, about 20mins of service along with good communication about things that I needed.. I will return! 💯

Seeing that these days, the costs of fuel and oil are high, so servicing your vehicle in this regard can give you heartburn, but honestly, if you need to have these services done, this is the place to go. I recently visited this great location and from beginning to end, the experience was well worth the price. My vehicle needs synthetic oil, so again, the price is high, but for their knowledge, thoroughness and courtesy, you can't beat it. The staff was friendly and very helpful and overall, I got what I needed done in short order. I highly recommend Valvoline and this particular location.

Took less than 15 mins to get an oil change done on my car. Cost was a little more pricey than I’m use to but the employees were friendly and I didn’t have to wait!!

The person I dealt with was Nathan. He was awesome. Very personal. Quick service. Walked me through suggested maintenance for my mileage but was not pressured into anything. I will definitely be able for my regular oil changes and a couple other services for maintenance.

Best customer service experience ever. They explained everything in great detail. And overall was super nice and friendly. Will be returning for all future oil changes, etc.

Came in for an overdue oil change for the first time and Cam and Jacob helped me every step of the way. They helped me understand what oil I needed and changed my air filter and put the additive in my gas tank for me , even checked my lights and tires . Best oil change place I've used so far havent had any issues, I get in and out fairly quickly been there a handful of times and the people there are very polite.

Professional, friendly, and prompt. I don’t know anything about cars or car care, but I felt comfortable with the people working on my car. They were gracious in their explanations even though I imagine they have to give that spiel hundreds of times to people as ignorant as me! Thanks for the oil change!

These guys were amazing!!! I am from Maryland was in PA on business…drop pass on a weem because my heat kept blowing hot and cold… Just left there and the staff was wonderful… my problem didn’t get fixed but they tried so many things to try and fix it. When he realized it still wasn’t working they didn’t charge me and even gave me suggestions for the next steps to follow when I get back to a Baltimore.. Great experience! I even use them in Baltimore abs this is a great example of why!!!

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! I frankly dread oil changes, but every single associate I interacted with today was pleasant. No attitude. No one tried to push me to get new wipers or change the cabin air filter. Price was great and stayed the same from beginning to end.They apologized for the time it took, but comparatively speaking it went pretty darned fast. I actually live in Pittsburgh but I'll make a point to get out to Chippewa in the future for oil changes. Good experience, thank you!

First time there and very impressed.

Fast, efficient, and professional. A little pricey if you're used to taking it to, say, the TLE at the Big Blue Box up the road but well worth the work done and I feel a comparable price to similar service at the National Chain Garage we usually go to by the mall. And unlike NCG, aren't sitting around for a couple hours waiting for the car to get done after scheduling an appointment.

We were 3 cars deep and the wait wasn't horrible. Took less than 20 minutes once in the bay, and we had a couple burned out lights and the rear wiper changed out in addition to the oil change. It was kinds like having a pit crew work on your grocery getter. Also, I didn't feel pressured to go through with the extra work.

All in all would definitely go there again, and would recommend.

The employees here are always fast and very helpful. I feel as they take good care of me when I stop in for my oil changes. Very clean shop too!

Even though they weren't busy they were still fast and friendly and explained all options of their other services without making you feel pressured. I'll never go to Walmart's oil service again.. They knew their stuff and had it taken care of in no time. Very reasonably priced as well..
