Tom has been my agent since 2008, he checks up on my policy from time to time, explains the details, benefits, and drawbacks of each part of the the package. Would recommend.

I've been dealing with him since 1995 and I have had NOTHING but a positive experience here! Not only are my vehicles insured through him, but I also got my life insurance through his office. Not only does Tom go above the call of duty to help you out, also the ladies out front are always happy and smiling and ready to assist you in any way they can!

As for my life insurance, I have a medical condition that was a road block for me to get it, but Tom did the work and guided me through the paperwork so that I was able to get my life insurance through State Farm!

I have had my car insurance with Tom Chickness at State Farm for many years. Tom and his staff have always been very helpful any time I had any questions about anything. When it came time to get homeowners insurance, I stopped by one afternoon to get a quote because when I had my mortgage, the homeowners was with a different insurance company.
Tom came out and was very happy to show us the differences between what I currently had and what State Farm could offer.
He went over all new options and prices, comparing apples to oranges. State Farm’s coverage was way better on everything and ended up being just over 500.00 cheaper. I also get a discount because my car is insured there, and he had told me about the Drive Safe & Save program about 3 years ago. His office closed at 5:00pm while we were still there, and he didn’t rush us out but stayed later to finish thoroughly explaining things. I would highly recommend this insurance agency if you are looking. They are very nice to work with, you will be glad you trusted your needs to Tom and his staff!

I’ve lived at my residence for almost 35 years and without a claim on my State Farm homeowners policy, until the recent, Saturday evening wind storm which did significant, widespread damage, to include a large section of my roof.
