Dinner was exceptional, my wife and I both had steak salads… wife wasn’t sure about a fried egg on a salad but these were probably the best we ever had. Our server, Amelia, was excellent and we couldn’t have had a better experience! Large portions and phenomenal food!

The creativity of the weekly food and drink specials is unmatched, thanks to our fave bartender, LA Mixology-Monster! 🤩 Come for his famous Old Fashioned, but stay for his incredible hospitality 😁 The food is always amazing, and the Disco Fries are a must! 😋

Want a pleasant surprise? 2nd Ward Sanctuary in Ellwood City!!! What a surprise! Filet Medallions, Sweet Shredded Beets, Scallops, Lobster Tail over Cheesy Risotto w/a Lemon Garlic Sauce!!! WOW!!! In Ellwood City. Cute place with GREAT, smiling service from Tina!!! This place is a winner. Gotta try 2nd Ward Sanctuary!

The food and the service were great at 2nd Ward Sanctuary. The drink options and food selection were perfect.

Tina the waitress is the best and the food never disappoints. They had coconut shrimp recently that was to die for just like their chicken Marsala. Awesome place to eat with that hometown friendliness.

My wife and I ordered take out. I had the fish tacos and my wife ordered the PO boy sandwich. They were both excellent. We can't wait to try other items from the menu.

Wonderful experience and great atmosphere ! I made reservations for 7 and we all showed up a day early. We waited a little but they were able to get us 2 tables next to each other. The fish tacos were amazing and the drunken mussels looked divine, I’mm definitely try them next time. The service was a little slow but place was packed. Great to see successful locally owned businesses being supported in the community.

The food was great and our waitress Tina was the best! Unfortunately we picked a table that was close to the speaker so the music was playing a little over our conversation. The wings were awesome and the cheesecake was amazing! Will definitely be back on the weekend for the special desserts!

When we are hosting friends or family from out-of-town, this is our go-to dinner spot. The food and service are always great, and the prices are reasonable for the caliber of dining. If you are in Ellwood and looking for some good eats, I will always recommend 2nd Ward!

Everything on the menu is delicious. The staff is awesome, Tate and Jenna are amazing. Stop in and enjoy!

We went out to dinner on a Friday night, called ahead and got a reservation. We showed up a few minutes early and got seated right away, the building layout is a little strange but it's really cool and really adds to the atmosphere! The food was out of this world! And the drinks were fantastic too! All in all this is a great place to get food or some drinks at the bar!

Came here for a late night bite to eat and was not disappointed. The wings were some of the best I've ever had and never did I have to pick the bones to find meat. The sauces were spot on. (Especially the honey mustard) and the atmosphere is beautiful.

I have to update my review. This place is a hidden gem. I've read that you should never order a steak salad because it's cheap to make and you should try an entree instead. They've managed to elevate a steak salad that is so good that I don't think I can order another one somewhere else. And their bartender is amazing as well. Definitely don't miss out on trying this place. I've never had a bad meal here.

These folks do not cut corners. We have been here many times and not once have we been disappointed. They are creative, the do not use anything but the best ingredients, and are very flexible with substations. The bar manager is absolutely fantastic. Big city creativity in little old Ellwood. You will not be disappointed.
