I had a really pleasant time purchasing a 2023 Kia Forte off Kirk. He was very helpful when we were figuring out what loans I could be approved for and finding me a car that I can afford. He was also personable and helpful with other subjects such as insurance. I plan to come back to this dealership when I ready for next car.

Absolutely amazing experience. My Mom’s leased 2022 Kia Carnival’s check engine light came on the Monday before the holiday and we scrambled to find a dealership to find out what was wrong with it. After calling near 10 dealerships, Ron Lewis was my last hope for the vehicle to be fixed and let me tell you they really came through. Every other dealership barley gave me the time of day when asking for an appointment to fix the brand new vehicle. I was able to get an appointment the next day after I called to service the vehicle and everyone was very nice. I will definitely be keeping them in mind in the future.

The office staff, and the mechanics who performed my annual inspection AND repaired my air conditioner, were all very courteous and friendly. They made sure to I was aware of needing a couple tires beforehand, and gave me the costs for everything beforehand.

Very professional. I was able to get a price quote for repairs on the spot and i was not charged an arm and a leg for there sevices. Will definitely be bringing my Kia back to them for any other issues I may have in the future.

Had a recall on my Kia Sorento engine, they had it diagnosed and replaced in 5 days. Kept in constant communication with me during the process. Great job no arguing or trying to say there was no recall. Very pleased with my experience!

Great people to deal with. There was no hassle dealing with the sales people. The service center always cleans the car up nice(free of charge) when I get my oil change.
And id like to give a special comment for Aaron in the service department. If you get a chance, he's a great guy to talk to, very personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. All in all, they will make you feel like a person, not just a customer.

Had problems with our new ev6 charging . It’s a complex problem that I felt some TSB’s addressed at some level . After some discussions they implemented those when the logs showed no obvious problem. They installed some recall stuff and other TSB as well and fully wash and vacuumed the whole car. Got me in and out in one day even though they were very backed up ..
so I was happy . Looking at other users horror stories on the kias ev6 forum I was preparing myself for that car being at the dealer for 14-30 days waiting for parts which seem to be nonexistent.. but appears all my problems just needed firmware upgrades

I recently purchased a new Kia from Ron Lewis. My salesman, Dalton, was willing to work with me to find exactly what I wanted, what color and at what price point. He had everything ready and set up so when I got off work the car I wanted was ready for a test drive. After that I was in and out with my new car in an hour!
Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was also told I get free inspections and car washes as long as I have the vehicle.
Recently I scheduled an oil change for this car and when I booked it online I chose drop off instead of wait. They still had the car done and ready for me within a little over an hour. In addition they applied a firmware update to my infotainment unit and rotated my tires. Because this was my first oil change they also did this all for free!
As long as I am in Pittsburgh I will keep going back to Ron Lewis.
