The Brake Stopp

My neighbor recommended The Brake Stopp to me. Adam was out sick, so Steven waited on me. Steven was very attentive from the first time I met him, even when I arrived just before their closing time. I had a cut tire that needed replaced. I had tire/wheel insurance. So, he had to contact the insurer and become a service provider for them. He did so quickly, filed a claim, and ordered the tire after the claim was approved. Then he removed my donut tire, made sure it was completely latched in the trunk along with the jack and lug wrench, and installed the new tire. I have complete confidence in Steven. He is very knowledgeable and personable. They provide mechanical services too. I haven't had the job done yet, but they beat a price to replace 4 brake pads and rotors on my other vehicle by $225. Steven even offered to stay late to complete this work, so I didn't need to take time off. I plan to use Brake Stopp for my future mechanical repairs. It's hard to find a auto repair shop that is trustworthy, especially for a woman. I feel very comfortable with their staff and service.

Brake Stopp Has proven there are still good, honest, and affordable mechanics. Anytime I have to visit them my situation is handled with honesty, affordability, and punctuality. I’ve been a customer steve’s for over 10 years he was doing great work in Moon Township and once he moved to Beaver county his work followed him, because I will still make the drive to have my serviced. And Adam and staff have always made my visits friendly and satisfying.

These guys are great! Reliable, honest and fair. I walked in and they were able to accommodate me on that very day for a minor issue. I also needed an inspection and they got me in that week with no problems. I had some repairs needed and they turned it around that same day during the inspection. Their prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional. I will be continuing to use The Brake Stopp as my Only Stop for vehicle repair, care and inspection.

The knowledge and care they have and give is outstanding. Fair pricing and promises kept. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Keep up the excellent work!

Always great work and a good sense of humour. They took a charge off my bill that didn’t need to be there with no issues. There was a car fire across the street and two of them ran over without hesitation to try to put it out. When they were unable to, they came back and called 911. Safe for everyone and professional

Great guys, excellent service and fair prices

The Brake Shoppe was very professional and courteous to my needs! Even though I didn't want to have my car totalled and the police officer had it towed here. The tow driver even gave me a ride to a friend's work! The police officer said I wasn't ALLOWED TO WALK but offered no ride.... They were awesome and understanding ppl!!! They also sent items that were in my car back to me. The security is superb!!!

I had been trying to figure out a wobble and noise that I knew had to do with the rear “tires” and several places couldn’t figure it out. When I took my car to this place for inspections they found that the rear wheel bearings were shot. They replaced the hubs and I am so pleased. A minor problem was created during the repair but the found and fixed it promptly.

Been out of town for years, come home any nothing has changed. Friendly, fast & reliable services!!!
