These bumbling incompetents only have good reviews because apparently they close out their review section every couple months before buying new good reviews. This company has had my car for 3 months now, waiting to be serviced for an issue that I will have to fight to use my warranty on I'm sure. I will never recommend these nincompoops to anyone, ever. I recommend going somewhere else and purchasing a vehicle that will run for longer than 6 months before you need to sink money into it.

Fiancé bought a car here less than a year ago. Has a 100,000 mile warranty. Over a month ago the car's check engine light came on with a transmission issue. Fiancé called Ron Lewis asking for a rental (because the car is undrivable) and an appointment. They told him he couldn't get an appointment until mid July and then bounced him around to try and get him a rental. No rental, late appointment. We have a child in daycare and full time jobs and now only one vehicle (mine, bought from a local that's lasted 3 years so far no major issues) Ron Lewis is making it impossible for us to live efficiently by leading us on with a basically junk vehicle.
Second note, he has made sure the car has been in on time for each oil change. We had just taken it there for the latest oil change a couple of weeks before this issue! We sure aren't telling anyone else we know to come here and the person we previously told to come here regrets it immensely.
The only positive I can say is that my fiancé had a very easy time buying the car which is unsurprising now.

Bought a 2016 chevy sonic from them back in 2017. Nothing but issues with it right after the purchase, brought it down many times for it to get fixed, and they were never able to fix anything. If you're looking to get a car from this place, do not.

Over a month wait for an oil change, insane. Going elsewhere.

Horrible sales people. Lazy and ignorant.
