Starbucks

We go here a lot. Coffee is always good when you know your order. Service is always nice and baristas are willing to replace the drink if it’s not to your liking. Can get really busy in the weekend. Sometimes they have fun samples of new things. Recommend: brown sugar oat milk latte, vanilla iced latte, frozen lemonades.

Nice large Starbucks at the edge of the plaza. Ample parking plus a drive thru window. Lots of seating options inside, including comfy lounge chairs. We went inside and service was quick and baristas were friendly. We had a chai latte (I always order with extra chai and no water for better flavor), which was perfect. Also a iced cinnamon dolce latte and an iced mocha, all done right. We were in and out in about 5 minutes since there was no line.

This location gets pretty busy on the weekends. When I went on a Saturday it took a pretty long time to receive the drinks I ordered but you could tell the employees were working as quickly as they could. There were several impatient customers who complained about the wait but I was impressed with how well the employees handled this situation.

I just want to say how grateful I am to the customer service Altoona Plank Rd., Starbucks. I had gone to another Starbucks this morning, who messed up my order and refused to fix their error. And I walked into Altoona to ask what their policy was on fixing orders, and another Starbucks messed up. The cashier was so polite and kind and said we’ll fix it right up for you just show me the receipt in the drinks which I had with me and presented. And they fixed it right up and this truly just shows how well they are trained and customer service and I go to the Starbucks all the time and they’re just absolutely the best!

This Starbucks is a great store located in the heart of Altoona, PA. There is a spacious patio for when the weather is beautiful. And the Cafe area is large with plenty of seating. The staff was friendly and and quickly prepared drinks for the numerous guests. The drive-thru is a great option for those in a rush. If you are looking for a quick drink and bite to eat, stop in.

I love Starbucks however lately at this location you definitely need to check your drinks before leaving or pulling away from the drive thru. I've had several simple coffee & creams that were missing the sweeteners or missing the cream/milk. They are usually on point and maybe had changes in staffing to be fair.

Nicely decorated stores with outdoor seating capacity. Good service! Not a fan of Starbucks Coffee, but they have some of the best refreshers.

Very kind staff members! Makes you feel good when you are leaving. Today I got my breakfast there and the person at the drive thru window was just simply asking me about my day and being kind. That goes a long way! Thank you for always being so quick, kind and efficient!

Such a positive atmosphere among the workers and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The workers were very sweet and overall a great experience. I didn’t get his name but the guy with long, curly hair and a beanie was so so nice and his vibe was top tier. The workers were also super fast with our orders too. It was great.

To comfort myself after a big blowout with my bf, I visited SB to order an extra outrageous drink. Because I was embarrassed about how many calories I was about to ingest, I joked with the barista about my bad day and asked not to be judged on how indulgent I was about to be. To my surprise and delight, the GM of the store, Chris, handed me the liquid hug I needed with an uplifting messing written on my cup...
It really made me feel better, when I was feeling especially down. Thanks for turning that day around for me! Much love!

I came through the drive thru this morning right around 10:00am. Krista took my order and was super friendly. Sara Lyn was just happening to walk by and she had a beautiful and friendly smile on her face. These two girls are amazing assets to your team. In this time we definitely need these beautiful smiles!! Thanks for working ❤

The caramel macchiato iced coffee is definitely the best I've ever had.. and I do consider myself a very experienced coffee connoisseur

The manager was amazing at the Altoona coffeeshop. I had $100 bill to pay with and it was to early for her to break it she couldn't provide me with enough change so she gave me my drinks for free. That was a very kind gesture!! I scrounged up some change to at least give a tip for her being so thoughtgul

My daughter got me my first Frappuccino and now I am hooked. I sometimes get a chocolate croissant and it is great. Seems like the people enjoy their jobs--they are always nice.
