Doris was excellent, she helped me as if I were her own son. I felt very comfortable and the encounter left me feeling better than I do. I purchased a navy blue suit, it looks really nice. Thank you for being kind to me.

I stopped in at their Altoona store and found the item I was looking for. Marilyn, the Sales Associate was so helpful. She looked up the rewards available when no one has ever done that for me without asking them.

I'm a big fan of JCPenney-- I've bought my tshirts from here for 15 years (Arizona vnecks). In general, their prices for casual-wear are very fair and styles are pretty modern. I'm happy to have this store within an afternoon drive of my home.

Not sure why J.C. get so much flak these days, I love it! They have some pretty good deals if you just look for them. Their clearance clothing section is hard to beat with some of the mens shirts 3-5 bucks! Steal! It's very clean and presentable with staff present to help you. Excellent experience.

Love Penney's the staff there is hit or miss wither or not they will be helpful or nice. But this visit I had a very awesome salesperson she help me fine jewelry for my daughter in law. She warm kind and personable! Great stuff great quality and prices always!

Amazing staff, there were two workers who seemed very new, but they still were able to handle all questions and we're very helpful, everyone there is willing to help and they have a great selection for my back to school shopping today. Everyone is very nice and very respectful. Great store

Great experience. Sales last at the jewelry counter went above and beyond her duties to help me save extra money. Wonderful woman and great service. Will be doing alot more shopping here in the future.

Good clothes store

You people are very good at what you do. Spent 2hrs at another DEPT. Store
Looking for ladies size 12 dresses. They could not help at all. Went thru all of there ladies department. Came here 15min done and out.

Ridiculous sales! Got 2 pair of earrings, a sweater, and pants all for under $25 and saved over $90. Friendly cashier. Kept the hangers. Store neat and organized for the most part.
