It was such a great experience working with Beverly’s Pastry Shop! I ordered a custom made cake for my baby shower and not only was it visually stunning, everyone was raving about how delicious it tasted! Kristen, the owner, is an absolute joy and a sweetheart. She was super kind and helpful throughout the whole process from start to finish. I highly recommend!

She did our wedding cake and we had such a great experience, I asked her to do a bridal shower cake and cookies for my best friend! The cookies were soooo cute and the cakes were elegant and pretty! I sent her photos of what I wanted and what my budget was and she totally worked with me! For the bridal shower cake, she went above and beyond :) I told her make the cake chocolate OR black forest, whichever is easier for you to make. She made the top tier this super delicious chocolate with chocolate chips and the bottom tier black forest! We were pleasantly surprised :D everyone lovedddd her cakes! They are so super tasty! For my wedding cake, she was super professional and timely and the cake was exactly how I wanted it! Would 1000% recommended Beverly's Pastry shop! Kristen is wonderful to work with! There aren’t enough stars to accurately express how incredible Beverly’s is! Kristen is so lovely and easy to work with. From the start, she was super nice and clear about the process for my wedding cake. The tasting kit was as easy as can be, and everything was so delicious, it was a bit hard to narrow down our final choice! We ended up with caramel cake and vanilla buttercream, and it tasted as amazing as it looked. We got so many compliments for taste and design, we were so pleased!

We also used Beverly’s for cookies for our rehearsal dinner, and I’m telling you, they don’t miss. Not only did they drop it off for us, but the cookies were so delicious! We had the wedding party fighting over the leftovers, and I’m honestly not sure where they all ended up because they were floating from hotel room to hotel room.

While I don’t intend on ordering another wedding cake anytime soon, I will absolutely be returning for their other tasty treats whenever the mood strikes or whenever I have an event. You will not be disappointed, and I assure you that Kristen will make the whole thing completely stress-free! An absolute win-win-win!

I had been looking for someone to make a custom cake and a “smash” cake for my daughters 1st birthday on December 15th. I had contacted multiple places starting in October not one person got back to me. Finally at the end of November someone referred me to Beverly’s. I was so worried that I was too late with the holidays to get my daughter a cake. Kristen came through big time! She answered me right away and was able to get the cake made for the party and it was absolutely beautiful! She was so nice to work with I highly recommend this company for your next event party or whatever just go there! Thank you so much you really made the most special of our lives even better. We will see you next year for sure!

We ordered the wedding cake for my daughter’s wedding from Beverly’s Pastry Shop and it was a fabulous experience. Kristen, the owner, couldn’t have been any sweeter. From the tasting (amazing), to the ordering process, and then the final result….An exquisite cake that was beyond delicious. Everyone was raving about how moist it was. Kristen also gives the bride and groom a complimentary cake on their one year anniversary so that they can use the entire cake at the wedding. Thank you, Kristen! You’re the best! Highly recommend!!

I've had a few birthday cakes from Beverlys before and they were always delicious so I decided to order a cake for the bridal shower I was hosting. I sent her a few images I found online and wow....the cake she made was even more beautiful than the pics I showed her. And not only did it look gorgeous, but it tasted AMAZING! My guests couldn't stop telling me how delicious the cake was. It became a focal point of the shower with all the guests getting their picture taken with it. Thank you for tasty beautiful cake!

Another custom cake design that was yet again a delicious work of art. Each year we work with the team to design custom birthday cakes for a Halloween get together. This year we designed a Night King cake from Game Of Thrones breaking through the ice, and Kristen took it to the next level. This huge cake was devoured by 25 people in one hour, further proving how delicious it was. Half cookies n cream with raspberry filling on one side, and half lemon cake on the other. Utterly fantastic! This is our 4th annual cake, and every year they out do themselves!

I can't express it enough how I feel about Beverly's Pastry Shop, in Pottstown. It's the place to go for any beautiful, moist, freshly baked, tasty, and delicious cake. I recommend it for any occasion at anytime 😊

I love everything we've had from Beverly's. My favorite is the cake sampler. I wrinkled my nose when I saw there was a piece of Carrot Cake in the last sampler we got since I'm not really a fan of it but, OMG, it was so delicious! Their cakes, cupcakes, and other treats have the best icing I've ever had! So creamy and delicious! I'm sorry to hear they're closing.

This was the cake for my baby shower, and so many of the guests said it was the best tasting cake they’ve ever had. Myself included. I want to order one just to eat for fun. So many cakes have fondant and look great, but lose the tasty part. This cake looked AND tasted amazing and I continue to think about how good it was. Will go to Beverly’s for all cakes from now on. Their cakes are beautiful, so spongy and delicious! Most of all though their customer service out of this world which is hard to come by these days.

Yesterday I threw a baby shower for a friend of mine and went to pick up the cake for the event. When I got there I realized I never returned their email to confirm my order. The owner came to the rescue and whipped up the exact cake I ordered in less than 10 minutes. It was beautiful and flavorful. She was so kind to me! I really cannot recommend them enough.

Stopped in to buy a birthday cake, I bought the marble cake with vanilla frosting. This cake was beyond delicious, the frosting was so good (I still dream of it). I am ecstatic that I found a bakery who can make such mouth watering cakes. Also keep note, the owner makes delicious cupcakes, it will give you an insight of how amazing her products are!!

Stopped in again, you guys, these cakes are just divine!! I do not know what is being done with the buttercream and that cake flavor, but no one is complaining!! Nostalgia of just really good cake, that you would get homemade but even better!!

I can't say enough great things about Beverly's. They created this beautiful lemon raspberry cake that tasted absolutely incredible! A quarter sheet was enough to feed 20 people and still have leftovers. Kristen was responsive, friendly, and so easy to work with. We'll definitely be ordering again!

My daughter is a vegan and it is not particularly easy to find vegan bakeries in Berks County. I came across this place and I am so happy I did. Kristen made an amazing vegan cake for my daughter's 18th birthday. It was beautiful and delicious. And Kristen went above and beyond to make everything work for us. Thank you so much! we will be back with more orders.

I ordered a gluten free and dairy free chocolate chip cookie cake for my husbands 40th birthday party. It was the most delicious cake we have ever had and no one could believe it was gluten and dairy free! I was able to do everything via email which helped with convenience. I was working with Kristen, who could not have been nicer or more helpful. I will be ordering all of our cakes from here from now on! I even asked for custom cookies and they ordered the cookie cutter to be able to make them and thet were even better than I expected. Highly recommend!!

Kristen is such a sweetheart and we're so glad that we worked with her to create our cake! We decided to forgo a traditional wedding cake and only do a rehearsal dinner one. We had a two tier cake with vanilla and carrot cake. We were trying to be conscious of cost and Kristen said we could order wooden/fake flowers to put on the cake instead of doing fondant flowers . I really appreciated her help in that regard. I would absolutely recommend working with Kristen. Check out her shop too! They have so many yummy treats--I love stopping in there on occasion to get something!

I needed gluten-free cupcakes for my wedding reception, and Beverly’s Pastry Shop seemed the most trusted bakery in my area for that. I didn’t have to worry about cross-contamination, and my friend with Celiac Disease said they were delicious. After I filled out their online order form, I heard from Kristen quickly. She answered my questions, was very friendly, and called me on the day of my pickup to remind me. If I need anything gluten free in the future, I would come here.
