First off I want to say a five star rating is nowhere near as high of a rating as this guy deserves. Not only are Attorney Dutko and his paralegal Judy amazing compassionate people but they work their butts off for their clients. He's not one of these lawyers that you need to keep calling and pestering about what's happening with your case because once you sign on as a client he is on it and will be on it until it's conclusion. Attorney Dutko went above and beyond for both of my cases, resulting in me receiving the best possible outcome. Additionally they were in 2 different counties. He found vital information that could have been missed without someone taking the time to dig deeper. He gave no false promises and no false hope. Attorney Detko Is an awesome lawyer he took on my case for a DUI that I was looking at jail time for. He got me onto a program that now I don't have to report to jail, just have to turn in my license and pay fines . He is very polite and professional. He will call himself at time when he has a chance also his receptionists are very nice and polite if they don't have an answer for you they will find it out and get back to you ASAP{ or give you the steps to find the answer yourself. I recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer.

from the fist time walking into Mr. Dutko’s office ,and meet him I could feel that he genuinely meant everything he was telling me and intended to make it happen and the hope he gave me had me crying, because I had already had a prior attorney lie to me and be a big disappointment, however throughout even the pandemic and courthouses closing and everything Mr. Dutko and his team still worked my case sending consistent updates through email and then even got to get calls from his awesome wife who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and she would let me know what to do step by step. I have to start by explaining I am using a friends computer and google account to send this because I am seriously out of date and do not have a computer of a smart phone. Today was just such a triumphant day and I had to share. For 4 years, yes that's right FOUR YEARS, I have been trying to get a divorce. My ex and her attorney have done everything in their power to stall in order to keep her APL going and to try to find new and interesting ways to hide that she stole from our marital account. My first attorney didn't do much to help me. In fact most of the documents I had to prove my side she claimed would not help me. Thankfully she retired and I found Attorney Dutko. Thanks to his work ethic, drive, hunger for justice and genuine concern for me and my children, I am finally able to close a intensely negative chapter of my life and start looking forward to the future. Mr. Dutko is very good at what he does. If not for him, I’d probably still be sitting in jail for something I did not do. And his secretary is really nice. They made sure to keep me posted every step of the way.
