I'm glad they had the repair. now it is difficult to meet an honest and responsible truck master, this company is the best of which I have met on the road. excellent road service, the master arrived quickly, repaired the truck and helped to get to the workshop. I advise everyone to get acquainted with this company and masters.

Hovis was an absolutely great service!! After hitting a deer on the interstate, our insurance company tow service never showed up after three hours. We called Hovis and they were out in 20 minutes. They dropped us off at a motel after putting our disabled vehicle on a flatbed. The next day, a Sunday, Hovis managed to fix a knocked out fuse and zip tie the bumper in place so we could get home. They were kind, apologized for taking so long (except they were speedy and efficient). I'd highly, highly recommend!! Can't say enough positive about these people and their service.

It's more common to see bad reviews for a towing company than good reviews but Hovis definitely makes a difference when it comes to customer service, it's a true 24/7 company with great experienced technicians. They got me fixed on a Saturday evening when other shops where closed, Moose(Mike) did a great job on my steering problem.

If I could give them more stars I would. This guys are professional and friendly. Towed my semi and trailer out of the highway in minutes. I had a great experience and the price was very good.

Tire repair took a little longer than i would of liked it to but he inspected the tire before and after the repair and a week later the tire hasn't lost any air.. The people there are fantastic.

Great folks at Hovis. Helped me out TWICE on the same trip home from the Clarion area to Cleveland. Came out and helped me change a trailer tire on the first trip but when the second tire blew 20 miles later, they towed me home to Cleveland. Very timely, considerate, and helpful.

Hovis Truck service has helped me and my family many times. They offer many truck and hydraulic "fixers". Tom and Nancy are great people to deal with and truly care that the customer is happy. I highly recommend Hovis Truck Services.

I hit a deer driving on 80. State police called Hovis for a tow. Tow driver was friendly and had my car loaded up in no time. Staff in the building set up towing to an auto body repair shop in cranberry my insurance wanted. Staff offered me a cup of coffee which I greatly accepted after being all shook up from the incident.
2nd driver took me and my car to repair shop. Driver was friendly and showed me where the turns were to get back on 80, as I had to get a rental to get back to work and am not from the area.

Needed towed off of I-80 to Shippenville a few weeks ago and called Hovis. Less than an hour later (I believe Braden was his name) was there and very friendly and professional. Got me to Legacy Mack for what I thought was an amazing price! Will definitely be calling them again if I need a tow!

Blew an axle on my truck. They recovered my truck and trailer and got my truck back on the road faster than I would have expected. As a small business owner, I was very relieved that their prices were reasonable. There are a lot of shops out there that would take advantage of a situation like this.

Awesome and open 7 days a week from morning to 11pm ! Nice customer service , fast with their work . Definitely recommend . They do anything from tires to work on semi trucks 💪🏻
