Amazing place to take your anime and game obsessed family members and friends. The food and drinks are delicious and they even have a little shop with snacks!. We loved their private room with comfortable recliners and a huge screen. The staff is so friendly and the owner Andrew is the coolest. Best place to go in Phoenixville for a fun great time.

The Ramen! The open dialogue and friendly staff! We went there on their 8 year anniversary and will never forget the experience! For the socially awkward kid who needs friends or the adult who wants gaming partners, stop here! The snacks, Boba Tea, and Ramen are SO WORTH IT!

My favorite place for all things gaming whether you're into board games, pc/console games, need more figures for your collection or for your next D&D campaign. They have one-shot adventures available on certain nights as well as an amazing community, both the customers and staff! They were so accommodating at this recent New Year's Eve party to have Genshin Impact downloaded on their PS5 so I could play my account for the whole night! Along with my brother's full Rockband setup with everyone taking turns was really great! I've enjoyed my previous 2 birthdays and the last 3 N.Y.Eve at Gamer's heaven bringing in the new year right while spending it with the best people 😁 oh and have I mentioned their food is amazing?! Delicious choices of Ramen and Boba plus some other prepared options to choose from. I love that they have a supply of my favorite green tea ice cream and plenty foreign popular snacks too 🥰

Store was very clean and staff very professional. Loved the amount of interest and games they cater too. Really cool they have board games for people to try out during down time so they can play before they buy.

Didn’t try the food because I have too many allergies but friends said the boba was really good!

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We went to just check the place out and they let us relax and just hang out never making us buy anything. We did buy stuff but it was just such a laid back place. We will definitely be coming back. Video games, board games, books food. Just absolutely blew my mind.

Drove up here last year for a friends birthday. It was amazing. Took us 6.5 hours of driving but so worth it! We stayed 2 days and played and met tons of great people. Everyone working here is extremely friendly, helpful, respectful and just great to be around. Never have a met a greater group of employees to at care! I will be planning another visit with my friend this year, definitely in September or October! Thanks again all the way from Pittsburgh!

Awesome place, unique experience. Owner is a great guy and has built a welcoming atmosphere for multiple levels of interest. Going to be getting a lot of ttrpg supplies from here tbh.

I have been to Gamers Heaven a few times now to play dungeons and dragons. I always feel welcomed by the staff and have a great time. I'm new to dungeons and dragons but have been able to learn in an inviting environment.

Very cool place. We're not local, but were in the area. I follow them on TikTok, and it's everything promised. Solid gaming space for both tabletop and video games, cool seating space to watch anime, and overall great atmosphere. First time having boba, I had the coffee milk tea with regular tapioca- delicious! The owner was there and obviously cares about the place and has friendly staff to back it up. If we lived closer, I'd be a regular!

A home away from home, that is what Gamers Heaven is. Gamers Heaven has many people that share a common interest . . .games. From card games to video games, food and drinks this place is truly enjoyable for all ages. It has a friendly staff as well as a friendly atmosphere and I would rate it 5 stars every time!

Came by for the first time with a group of seven over the weekend. We were dazed and confused on what to do and where to start. The friendly staffs there sorted us all out. There was a MTG tournament going on at the time. We browsed around, bought myself a set of metal dice set, enjoyed a mystery Boba, and we had a blast playing a few hours of One Night Werewolf. We'll definitely come back for future visits. Probably even reserve a room for DnD. It was definitely a refreshing experience especially with friends.

Had an amazing day there. Food was good, boba was good, staff is friendly, nice selection of games, snacks and drinks. Had a blast and IMPRESSED by the bathroom. Clean, well lit and stocked! Can't wait to go back!

The staff are very kind and courteous, they treat their customers with respect and make sure everything goes well. Their theatre is really great and they serve phenomenal food and boba. Truly surprised I missed out on boba my entire life until I started going here. You guys are the bomb, keep up the good work.

We came in mostly to check the merchandise they had on sale because we've seen their booth at local Philadelphia area conventions. We ended up playing the gachapon machines as well. Each play is a dollar and we won two cute little plush in 5 attempts. Lots of parking available because it's in a big shopping plaza. Very clean and well stocked bathrooms.

Absolutely amazing store! The staff are so friendly and the store is incredibly warm and welcoming! Their boba is fantastic and they have so many options, I have my favorites but I like trying something new, especially when they have limited time drinks. I've gone to a couple of their events and loved every part! Ringing in the New Year two years in a row, and was a guest at their women's day event as well!

Best place around! There is legitimately something for everyone here. Great place to spend time in, you can eat, read, play games and more.

Big fan of the Tonkatsu ramen. Ordered online and it was ready when I came in so I could eat and play Lorcana!
