I called today to ask if they were able to help me file my k-1 from a partnership that has been dissolved only to be hung up on twice. When I called back for the third time a female answered and would not tell me the name of the male who had just hung up on me twice. She "didn't feel it was necessary for me to know". I asked if he was the owner or a worker and she said he only worked there. I asked for the owner's name and she refused to provide me with that and told me that she would mention this to the owner. I later drove to another accountant and located Thomas J Ford along the way. They are located at the corner of Kimberton Road aka Rt. 113 and Township Line Road across from the wawa. There are no signs for the tax prep or accounting. It is a residence with a chain link fence and a gated chain link drive part way up their drive. I would never ever do business with these people. Horrible manners and for no reason. Makes you wonder what actually goes on at 1122 Township Line road. I asked the tax guy just down the road from them if he knew of them or anything. He was appalled to hear what had happened and had never heard of them before. I guess for good reason! I should have read the review from last year.

Poor phone etiquette, refused our business, hung up on us without asking ONE question. Not professional at all.
