Crocs at Philadelphia Outlet

Great service. A lot different design. I'll love more sizes for toddler. But I still can pick up a few. Thanks guys for the service, for keeping the distance and have hand sanitizer available.
Everyone who wants to go inside the store must wear a mask on at all the time.

Shopped around on the web for a pair close to my house, called a few places and none had my size in "all-terrane" style so I looked up the Philadelphia Outlet and found some on sale in My size, Awesome Right! No Not Really, got to the store and the music WAS SO LOUD I couldn't speak over it, what do you want from a bunch of young boy's running the store, anyway a young boy who looked like he just got off the plane from Cali was EXTREMELY helpful, he explained that what I was looking for was only on there Website Not in the store; Kind of like a "BAIT & SWITCH.
So I didn't get the "ON SALE" price and had to pay Full Price but like soooooooo many people testify these things are really awesome, extremely comfortable, light weight, and built like a Tank.
So Bottom Line People, don't go by what they're web site say's, go to a store and try some on cause at first I was going to buy some twelves and ended up buying the thirteens.

Day trip with the family to the outlets. We bought 4 pairs and only went in for two.

We walked into a very very packed and busy store.

Adam, the store manager was amazing. He was kind, patient , and always smiling as he circulated the store helping all who needed him.

We bought twice what we planned with his help. You do not find customer service like he provided that day.

We will be back!

What can I tell you? 5. Out of five stars, I went into this particular store and was in awe over all the colors all the different selections it was amazing. Yes I found Crocs that I fell in love with purchased love them! It was a great experience

I had a great experience with the staff here. They were very helpful and attentive me. I felt as if I was the only one in the store. I was getting pampered. I feel the prices were good. I went on a buy one get one clearance day. The only problem is I see the prices are cheaper for some of the styles I found online that were in the store...but overall great store. Might visit again today!

Went to return a pair of shoes I purchased online. The staff was kind and helped me make the return very painless! I ended up getting another pair of sneakers while there and that transaction went just as well.

Great mall. It’s not crowded and there is a variety of well known stores and restaurants and places for kids to play.

I love this place! The employees are very polite and the environment is great! There are lots of options and a variety of jibbitz to choose from. One of the employees Dale showed me around the store and was very helpful. He had a smile on his face and you can tell he loves his job.

Sales lady Tori was incredibly friendly, extremely helpful and highly knowledgeable. She was the only one that approached me and my husband with a friendly hello and assistance with a smile !

My guy joel hooked it up for sure! Great communication, very friendly and super helpful!

Great selection and the staff is very nice and helpful! Just wish with it being an "outlet" that prices would be a bit less.

Love crocs, I own 3 pair. Work, casual, and original. My wife owns about 6 pair. My son (3yrs) owns 3 pair as well. We are a crocs family.
