Everything is 10/10 at Kaysi’s!
When I tell you everything is delicious, I truly mean it. We have made a habit of going as often as we can and we live roughly 30 minutes away. It’s very hard to find quality food in this area that is consistent, beautifully put together, and delicious. She has mastered this. We highly recommend every single item because not one has been anything less than phenomenal. Our fav items are the cakes (of course), toasted cheese, tuna melt, avocado toast, March Special croissant panini, red pepper soup, and the macaroons. Although it’s very hard to stop listing things because it’s all incredible. Please don’t mind the non-professional food photos they don’t do it justice!!

We also hired Kaysi’s cakes for our personal gender reveal cake and she made it SO special. If you haven’t dined here yet, GO!

I love what this place brings to a small town. It provides community great opportunities to be in the present with others. The meals at 1st glance can be view with eyes bigger than stomach decisions. Considering not typical overloading options. Just the right anount of sweet and savory. Portioned efficiently not to leave you unable to move from your seat. The employees are wonderful with customer service. Over all I love the courage this place literally brings to the table.

The best cafe!! The drinks, treats & food are always incredible, it’s impossible to be disappointed. Kaysi & her crew are so kind and they work so hard on these busy mornings. If I could come here every day I would!

I've been frequenting this cafe now since they've opened at this new location. Everytime I am greeted with a smile! The staff are among the kindest i've ever been around. They remember your name, recommend things to try and what to pair with the different items! It really takes the experience over the top! Paired with the atmosphere this cafe is beyond worth a visit and I will continue to recommend it to everyone that asks me where to eat!

The dessert is decadent + perfectly balanced! Loved, loved my first experience at this sweet cafe. Having just moved here, I am delighted to find a cafe with delicious espresso and decadent dessert.

I had the flourless chocolate cake with a latte and the combo was 👌🏽 The environment is super cute. Highly recommend!

Kaysi Cakes is an experience you want to take to get the best specialty baked goods in the area.
I visited Kaysi on 2-11-2023 for the first time, and I'm glad I stopped.

Going into the bakery, the tables were full, and several people were in line. It was very clean and there was plenty of room.

I received a very kind greeting. She was very helpful and everything was marked. All of the prices were on the board right beside the baked goods.

A large variety of choices from cupcakes, cake pops, macarons, coffee, etc. Everything looked amazing. The price is perfect for specialty baked goods.

I bought several things to try and wish I had bought more.
The cupcakes I tried were a chocolate covered strawberry and vanilla sprinled macaron cup cake.

The chocolate covered strawberry was an amazing cupcake. It was light and fluffy with tons of flavor. It was the perfect amount of sweetness. I enjoyed every bite of the cupcake.

The vanilla sprinkled cupcake was very good. It was light and fluffy, and the sweetness of the cupcake did not overpower the flavor.

The macarons I tried were made perfectly. The macaron was called the chocolate fudge brownie. I have never had a macaron this amazing in my life. It was perfect. It had a sweetness, but it did not take the flavor away, and it had the right amount of crunch. Macarons are one of the best desserts you can have if baked right. Kaysi nailed it!!!!

I only had a little bite of the cake pop because we all tried the bake goods. It was really good and I will buy them again.

The location is easy to find, but depending on the time, parking can be tricky. There are different areas you can park that are very close by.

These kinds of places are hard to review because I could write several pages on the experience.

Any travelers or people in the area, this is a stop you will want to make time for.

Kaysi Bakery has a very talented baker who makes an amazing product. The last time I had this quality of bake goods was Pittsburgh.
We have been trying to find a bakery close by so we do not have to travel to Pittsburgh and found it here.

I highly recommend this bakery. You will not go wrong.

The only suggestion would be to have another choice for cake pop, maybe a chocolate one.

Kaysi Cakes Dessert Company is an incredible place located in the heart of downtown DuBois. The space has been designed with intentionality and passion. And the desserts... incredible. The chocolate chips cookies are made to perfection. The cupcakes are exquisite. Hot Chocolate is so good. And coffee...perfectly pulled espresso shot. Can’t say enough good things about Kaysi Cakes Dessert Company. Once you try it once, you will keep going back!

Fresh!! Great avocado toast with smoked salmon and the best cupcake ever. Highly recommended location - much needed!

Always love this quaint spot for lunch. My Togo wrap was amazing and of course my treat of a cupcake and cookie was amazing as always. And her containers are so cute. Totally my vibe.

A friend and I love to find local bakeries every time we travel, so we were super excited to find Kaysi Cakes close to our hotel! We each got an amazing frozen espresso drink, a piece of cheesecake, and a couple of cupcakes to take home. Everything was absolutely AMAZING! I wish we lived here because we would definitely be regulars! Aside from the delicious products, it's also a super cute Cafe with friendly staff!

The grilled cheese and strawberry tomatoe soup is absolutely wonderful. I haven't had to many of the "cakes" however they always looks wonderful as well. The shop is small for the amount of traffic it gets however, Kaysi handles it very well. I highly recommend.

This place was such a delight when passing through this town on a long road trip. We ordered earl grey lattes, a couple macrons and the mimosa cupcakes. The lattes were pretty big but still good! I did not try the macrons but I was told they were great! I still think about the mimosa cupcakes - perfect crumb and frosting was light, not too sweet but still flavorful.

The dish we had was perfection!
Our service was excellent.
And my husband and I enjoyed the atmosphere.

Absolutely love this place. Kaysi is very friendly and her food, sweets, and drinks are all equally amazing. I don’t even live in the area anymore yet anytime I am around, I make sure to stop by to get my fix! It’s my favorite place in town to get coffee.

Words cannot describe the amazing baked goods we purchased from Kaysi. Decadent and delicious. Savored every bite.
Especially enjoyed the conversation with Kaysi. Nice to see a young woman doing what she loves and doing it well.
Downfall is that we love so far a way and can only get there a few times a year.
Please if you are in the area go see Kaysi. You will not regret it.

We tried Kaysi's Cakes for the first time yesterday. It was delicious! And the service was fabulous. All 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our drinks: a Virgin Mimosa, Fresh Lemonade and a cold coffee with just the right amount of carmel and vanilla flavor. And my Avocado Toast was so yummy! The portion was large enough that I am having the second piece for breakfast this morning. I get to enjoy it again. We will be back!

Everything was incredible! We ended up buying one of every flavor with the cupcakes. The cheesecake was great, and the prices are super fair. The space was beautiful and tastefully decorated, and Kaysi herself is an absolute delight. If I could give more stars, I would! Amazing place all around.
