Wow. A fantastic BBQ joint. Amazing chicken and best brisket ever. Sides equally great. Was only in the area for the weekend, but if you are anywhere near Lancaster, PA, it's more than worth the drive.

Chicken was good. Mash potatoes were outstanding.open on Friday and Saturday. Has many desserts and breakfast good comfort food

If you haven't stopped and eaten here, you are denying yourself to some good food. The baked goods and hot food is something you need to try. As for the staff, they are wonderful people. I admire the work ethic that they share with the kids. This is the kind of business you want in your community. The grilled potatoes are awesome. I've always used butter on my potatoes but not with these. They are well seasoned. A big must!!!! Prices are reasonable. I usually buy around 40/50 bucks to last a few meals.

Great Bar-B-Q year round. The ribs are a little pricey but worth every penny. I've eaten everything on the menu many times over and never been dissapointed. There is also a bakery outlet within the same vendor space. Now, this is where things get just a li'l peculiar. Ive frequented this location over the years and under several ownerships as several different businesses. The first being a bar, the Schoolhouse Inn, many years ago. The derived from the building itself being an old "one room scoolhouse". Whether thats a fact or not, im not sure, but it appears that its probable to be true. After closing about 5 or 6 years ago, the bar was converted to a breakfast/lunch restaurant, the "Lazy Egg". Also a very good stop for breakfast. I would of named it "School Lunch" or "Lunch- Ladyland", etc.... but nobody really asked me. All this being said, my point is that with such an academic history for this place, one would think that you could trust the math. On more than one occasion, i was overcharged while paying for my purchases. You must do your own math and compare with the total that you are asked to pay. When you get to the bakery side and purchase your sweets, be extra vigilant and persistent with your total. It seems that the cashier, while having a modern digital cash register is numerically dyslexic. Not that theres anything wrong with that! Just add up your purchases and challenge her if she has a different total. 7.95 🚫🟰9.75 ×4. All the treats are delicious and nutritious, and way better than anything on a shelf in any supermarket.

We drive from Delaware County to get BBQ from here. It's The Best. Ribs are perfectly cooked and the chicken is amazing. We'll be back this Saturday.

They have the best rack of fall off the bones ribs I ate in this state so far it's a smokey barbecue the Amish make second to none they need to remodel there seating area but not a bad trade off conceedering the food is so good

This is some of the best Country BBQ Chicken in the Lancaster/Chester County area. I try to make it a point to stop in 2x a month.
The chicken is always perfectly seasoned and well cooked,moist, and flavorful.

If you have a sweet tooth, there are plenty of fresh homemade Amish Bakery Goods to choose from.

If you like Wings, try the sweets ( they are sweet bbq) and taste delicious.

Awesome barbecue and awesome desserts! Can't go wrong here, you'll love everything you get.

Wow.. some good chicken. Had a good package meal for a decent price. Can't wait to get back in area to stop in again.

This is the best. The owner is the nicest guy and the food is excellent. There are tables for dining in but they also sell food in bigger containers to take home which is what I do. Delicious! Also there's a bakery with pies and cakes.

Highly recommended by all the family last night at dinner. The only complaint was at me for not buying enough for seconds and leftovers to take home! Ribs, chicken, potato salad, cole slaw, macaroni salad and mac and cheese finished of by apple crisp. All were very good. Service was excellent as well. Great people. Thank you Aaron and the gang. We'll be back - Charles Huston.

Get here early! The food is so good they run out of many things! Half a chicken, wings mac and cheese, ribs.... it's all so yummy!!

I had the best pulled pork sandwich and potato’s ever!! (Get the sauce you won’t regret it)
