The UPS Store

This is an excellent establishment, which features a now rare level of customer service.

Specifically, the gentleman behind the counter patiently listened to our packaging needs for our precious antiques.

He also advised us on our best packaging and pricing options as well as demonstrated HOW he would package the items.

Most of all, our items arrived safely.

My wife and I would like to thank this gentleman, although we do not recall his name, although we do recall he is a Latino from Chicago.

So glad I found this UPS store I was returning a couple of items from Amazon and the young lady Christina was so extremely helpful and polite she handled everything! All I had to do was open my Amazon app and she did the rest . Plus I was wondering what the cost would be to ship something overnight and we had to guess size , weight and hight but she was able to give me an idea of what it would be. Again Christina was extremely helpful and polite and very professional, I highly recommend this store

The staff on this location is great. Very friendly and helpful. I will never go to any other ups besides this one.

I don’t go to the local ship it/pack it store because they won’t scan the package label and provide a receipt that the package was turned over to them. I understand that they are not ups. I’ve been to the Parkersburg UPS store numerous times, have never had any issues, and the staff is always friendly.

Great customer service! We were in the Parkesburg area for a wedding and my daughter left shoes behind at the hotel. Once they got to his UPS store, Richard packaged them up and got them sent back to me in Missouri. Greatly appreciated this!

I've been a box holder for over a year now. I don't think I've ever used my key. Each time I walk in, I am greeted by name and they hand the contents of my box to me. Very easy to work with and a friendly staff.

The staff at this location is phenomenal. They are very attentive to your needs. Had just used them for the 1st time, had graduation announcements, banner and yard sign designed and made by them. They will have me as a return customer...

Ordered on amazon, they sent the wrong item. Returns made easy drop off at THE UPS STORE. Let them scan the code I was sent. Done. I love this!
