Bob's Army & Navy

We have been a retailer under the new owners for quite sometime! Not only are we always impressed by the service we receive upon arrival but it is truly a personable experience! We always enjoy stopping in to see The Bob’s Army and Navy team! Love to see a small business thrive!

I was worried after Bob's took new ownership that it wouldn't be the same store I knew and loved. Sure, its changed but it far exceeds the quality and service I had expected. The i am unsure if it is the owner, or a family member of the owner that frequently walks around the store, but he is the friendliest guy you could talk to. Gives off the impression that it's a personal thing for him to actually listen to his customers and give quality service. I'm incredibly impressed at his attitude and genuine personality. They have definetly won me over as a repeat customer from now on! 10/10.

I've been a customer at Bob's army & navy for the last ten years & this place is amazing.. Another hidden gem in the wide open in Clearfield PA.. The Employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful which makes buying something here a no brainer.. The store is very well organized.. I have a child that wanted a different rifle than the one I had purchased for him, they were more than willing to exchange that for us. I'm always impressed with their friendly and inviting energy. The prices are typically on point or less than most gun shops.
But the reason I keep coming back here is the staff. Whether I call or visit in person, they do not treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about just because I'm a girl, which happens at some of the other gun shops in the area.
Not only that, but I went in looking for a specific gun and since they did not have it in stock, the employee suggested a gun store that he saw one in. I was so impressed, and I really appreciated that.
You can also find some pretty cool military items for very cheap. It's always worth walking in just to see what they have.

Really cool place, got tons of different stuff and all the employees I ran into were super friendly. I got some nice boots for winter at a nice price. If nothing else this place is awesome for a wander around in.

I always get my fishing stuff here. The prices are great and the employees are very educated on everything they sale. I dont think there is a time when i have came to bobs and never not found what i was looking for. The prices are a little high on some stuff but the quality is worth it.

I love this place and it isn't deer season until our annual trip to Bob's. I always can find something I need or want here. The prices are comparable to other stores in the area. The staff is super friendly and I'm always asked if I need help when I'm in the store. There is a huge selection of hunting clothes, gear, and accessories.

Really nice store, lots of interesting stuff to see. Encountered several different employees while shopping and all were pleasant and eager to help. Be sure to spend some time digging around the store - you will likely find a bargain or two.

This has been one of my favorite stores since I was a kid. I would beg my dad to take me to Bob's and look at all the rifles and cool surplus stuff and camping gear. Now that I don't live in the area it's a rare event when I have time to get to Clearfield at all. When I was in high school it was worth driving to Bob's to buy paintballs because they had quality merchandise for surprisingly low prices. I sold my paintball stuff in 2005 so I don't know how relevant that is now. I went on Dec28 and bought myself a nice pair of boots and got my oldest daughter a pair of boots that should last her well into adulthood. Prices are great. If you have a need for camping gear, outdoor stuff of any kind, definitely check it out. It was the main source for all my boy scout needs in years past and remains in business for a reason. I've been to hundreds of other surplus stores since and they all suck by comparison.

Always great prices, and super friendly staff. They will help you out with pretty much everything you need. I've bought plenty of guns there in the past couple months. I highly recommend them for anybody who wants to do a firearm purchase!

Helpful, friendly and responsible staff. Everyone was wearing masks, and they managed to do a great job keeping a very busy gun counter moving. Will definitely shop here again.

Always swing into here when I'm in town. The creaky floors are quite nostalgic, they've been that way since I've been going there as a kid. Prices there are always higher than the big box stores but I don't mind paying a little more sometimes to support good local business.

I've been dealing with Bob's for over 35 years. No better sporting goods, or gun shop in the area. The employee staff has changed over the years, but their great service has not. Always friendly and helpful. If they dont have it, they will get it. Always willing to work with you to make sure you leave with a product that suits you.

I've always window shopped around, but Bob's has always beat everyone else in service and price in the end. Their service to me on everything from firearms, ammo, hunting equipment, work boots to clothing , has been fantastic. THANKS Bob's.

It's nice to be able to buy at a locally owned and family operated store close to home. The people there are very friendly and helpful.

My family and I love this store. We stop in anytime we are visiting family in Clearfield. I find the somethings here I can't find else where. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great inventory and very fair prices.

Reasonable prices on ammunition and weapons. Hey I'm a hunter and a female hunter, not big variety of female hunting clothing and accessories but it has more than their competitor in town. Thumbs up!👍

We went to Bob's Army & Navy for the first time. They didn't know us from Adam. We were looking at safes but went to the back of the wrong room. A saleman asked if we needed help. He showed us the inside and outside safes they had. He told us more than I went in wanting to know but found out stuff I need to know. We thanked him for his time and went and looked at another place. Their staff didn't acknowledg we even came into their store. Then the one guy started following us on our way out. Tell me if I'm looking at safes what can I stick in my pocket? Bob's we are coming back for that safe. We should have got it the first time we were there.
