MediNatura practices false advertising.

I returned a product in March that I was dissatisfied with, as per their "Empty Bottle Guarantee." It is now August -- 5 months later -- and the company is still giving me the run-around and I still haven't received my refund.

I've had to file claims with both the BBB and the FTC due to their dishonest practices, horrible customer service, and false advertising.
