Bought a Telegizmos 365 Series Cover for 10 to 11-inch Fork Mount SCT yesterday. The web site overcharged me for shipping but I did not notice it on the invoice. Order was processed just a little bit ago and there was a refund for the shipping over charge. Love that kind of "without asking for it" customer service !!

I just left that shop. I just bought an Orion xt10 dobsonian telescope. Dave is the one whom I dealt with. This place was amazing Dave held the store after hours so I could make it there from Delaware to buy the scope. He was knowledgeable, he was patient, and he answered every single question or concern I had. We sat and chatted about old stories, my special needs son and how to help him look into the telescope better. And he did not try to push anything else on me to buy. I had to talk to him about what else I would want or what else I could add to this scope. Then and only then would he finally go back and look up the price for something and tell me and then give his opinion on if I should buy it. I rate this place a 10 out of 10 this is by far one of the most wonderful businesses and employee that I have ever dealt with and I cannot wait to go back and find something else there. They have earned a lifetime customer in me and I do not say that lightly nor have I ever said that about any other store. Than you Dave and thank you to sky unlimited for helping me make some progress in my hobby!!

I wish I could give these guys six stars! Dave and his colleagues painstakingly rebuilt my 1996 4.5" Celestron Newtonian: gears; clutches; and, micro adjustments (in addition to collimating the mirrors). What really surprised me was their enthusiasm for an old scope, that just made the experience all that more memorable. Go Skies Unlimited! Go Dave!!

Went there on Saturday, just before closing. I drove almost and hour to get there. The staff were extremely helpful and were more than happy to educate me about astrophotography.

The sale took 10 minutes but I stayed for an hour just to learn from them. They have a customer for life and another person in love with the hobby.

This is why brick and mortar shops are so important. Rather than push more equipment and the sale; they educated me and know I will be back and that they will get my future purchases.

Ted and the crew helped this newbie get started on the right foot by patiently answering my questions and showing me various eyepieces in the local store's demo setup. I picked up two high-end TeleVue EPs for a great price and months later am still very happy with the purchases. The wide FoV TV Ethos 13mm stays in my Orion XT8" dob all night as I progress through the Astronomical League's Messier OP.

Now that the astrophotography bug has bitten me, I'll def be back for more!!!

I only leave reviews for companies that are outstanding. I bought a Celestron telescope from Skies Unlimited. Dave was my salesman and he was amazing. He is so knowledgeable, extremely helpful, a lovely and kind man who was amazing in helping me. Don’t go to those other telescope stores. I would rate this store above a 5 star and Dave was the best of the best. I am so thrilled that I found them and won’t do business with anyone else. I’m sure the other people who work there are great but Dave was OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you and I’ll see you when the accessories come in. Can’t wait to meet you. Happy Holidays and please stay safe!!

What great people and store! As soon as I came in I was treated like family. I purchased a used Meade LX200 which they sold me that was in great shape and a great buy. The two gentleman and lady were great and are trust worthy. They understand what they are doing and what you want me to achieve. They even helped me load my car which I was not expecting. I am glad I stopped in. See you all soon!

My family and I moved out of the city and into the North Coventry area. By pure luck we relocated a stones throw away from some great night viewing areas and Skies Unlimited. I stopped onto the shop and had a pleasant and positive experience while I was there. The owner and one other employee seemed interested in casually chatting with me and discussing a local astronomy club I was interested in.

It is definitely a nice set up with some pretty amazing scopes displayed on the floor.

I can't speak on prices or the purchasing process with them. But so far everything else was pretty nice. I wouldn't hesitate to swing by there and purchase something if I didn't want to wait for an online purchase delivery.

Great store! Customer service was excellent. They helped me find a good entry level telescope. I had my toddler with me who was falling asleep so they even offered to bring the telescope out to my car. On top of that, a discount was forgotten at checkout and I was too lazy to figure out the total beforehand so I didn't catch it. But the person who rang me up did notice and caught me before I pulled off to hand me the cash difference. That's pretty amazing. Needless to say, I would go back and I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Purchased a used eyepiece. Lots of selections. Dealt with Ted who is a great individual & very knowledgeable. I will always check on used or demo Astro equipment in the future!

These people are awesome! They really know their business and work to make sure you get what you need; not just trying to sell the most expensive thing possible. They are a wealth of information for people just starting out as well as those who've been doing it for a while. First and only stop for us!

Skies Unlimited always has what I need and they are always willing to spend time to help me decide what equipment will work best for me. I bought my first telescope here when I first started off and will be heading back to get my third soon.

I went in just to look at some of the newer models as I have an old one I talk to a mr. Lawson a very friendly gentleman that works here and extremely helpful and very very knowledgeable he helped other customers while I was in here just talkin it's worth your time to stop in the prices are amazing also in a good way

Books to browse and very knowledgable staff! There's a lot of stock not available to browse so be sure to ask for assistance. We can't wait to go back!
