I ordered a kilt online 3 years ago using USA Kilts sizing videos which were extremely helpful and I was thoroughly impressed with my 5 yard wool kilt. I was fortunate enough to be able to stop into the store in person today to update my kilt collection and the customer service was exceptional. If you're looking to get your first or fifth kilt, I can't think of a better place to go!

These are the best, and of the highest quality I have seen. Everything from the people, the service, the accuracy, the fitting, are of exemplary quality. I cannot give more praise for them. although I am wearing the wrong sporran in this photo, (it had not arrived yet) here is the rest of it. Wonderful.

I have ordered several items from USA Kilts over the past few years. The quality of everything I have received has been amazing. Yes there is a little wait to receive the order because the fabrics come from outside the country. But the wait is not drastic and it is worth the wait. I have been very pleased.

These folks have some top quality stuff and ship super fast. Their social media is also a hoot. I just wish I had more confidence in my measuring skills so that I could order up a custom kilt with my family tartan.

This month, I received my very first kilt ever from USA Kilts - a semi-traditional variety in polyviscose Scottish National tartan fabric - along with some accessories. The quality of the kilt (signed by the person who sewed it! Nice touch!) was great, and the customer service was excellent. Before I placed my order, the staff responded promptly to multiple emails, answering questions with helpful information and good humor. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for USA Kilts!

My wife and myself had a Burns Supper event to attend. Of course I waited until the last minute to order a few accessories. I called and asked if it was possible to expedite the processing. We received the items 3 days prior to the event. USA Kilts customer service is top notch, not to mention the quality of the items were outstanding.

For most kilts, they order your favorite tartan and manufacture right on site. Additional Irish / Celtic / Nordic items, many made exclusively for USA Kilts by local PA artists. You can get many other items that are made in good old Ireland as well including hose, flashes, belts, jackets and other items.
The staff is phenomenal; always attentive, providing help and very knowledgeable of their products that they sell.

I enjoyed getting to order from a sale to try out the USA Kilts selections. I received 2 shawls in PV that were very nice and totally met my expectations. I was disappointed that their earasaids were not on sale, but maybe next time. Ordering was easy online. response was quick and I received my order quickly as well.

I ordered the tweed suit online for my wedding. Everything was easy to order, the measuring scheme was clearly explained, and it all looked great!

The only hiccup was that the mill didn't have quite enough of the tartan made already to make the kilt, tie, and vest that e wanted, so I did have to choose a different tartan. That's on the mill though, not usakilts, and the customer service team at usakilts was totally great about it. They caught it well in advance, and made it super easy to switch.

Overall, an excellent experience, and I will for sure be ordering from them again!

All I can say is that, it was well worth the drive from St. Louis to come out and check this place out. Thank you so much to Matt for helping me buy my first kilt, a first timer to choose my first kilts and get all my measurements correctly.

As always, ordering from USA Kilts was easy and the product arrived quickly and hassle free. The two-tone thistle and gray kilt hose were a perfect match for my Baird tartan. The quality is exactly what you would expect from USA Kilts; top of the line!

I have three kilts and a ton of accessories from here, to include a 5-Yard wool kilt in a custom tartan (made by Ian). Yes, things are a tad pricy but very competitive for the superb quality and their customer service is UNBEATABLE. Literally the best I have ever had for anything. I cannot recommend them enough if you are in the market for any traditional Celtic wear, Scottish, Irish or Welsh.

This is my first kilt. And I am beyond happy with it. Quality looks great as well. I ordered the pub package with a white shirt, however they were out of white, USA kilts called me and asked if they could swap it with a black instead. And I'm so happy they did! The black shirt goes way better with the kilt that the white would have. Will definitely buy again!

I have gotten various items from them including spats, flashes, kilt hangers, and an 8 yd wool kilt. All of their items I have recieved are of exceptional quality and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. Very happy customer.

As an adoptee, after a DNA test, and knowing my biological birth name, I discovered my significant scottish roots recently. Having always wanted a kilt, at 57, I decided to start investing in a few.

American Made, Scottish Sourced.

I'm a Scottish Canadian immigrant to the United States. I believe in supporting American made, and particularly American small business. I also believe in their choice to only use UK sourced raw products.

Value Added.

Worth its weight in gold! Their YouTube page is invaluable for educating yourself about the products you are buying, as well as a plethora of historical background, and their Facebook page is a great community of like minded people.

For those who don't follow their social media, they exercise a high level of integrity. They focused on educating, and don't push their products as much as they could acceptably do so. Yes, they do talk about their products, but not at the expense of competitors. They will not name names, but give examples for context.

Customer Service.

I had issues with the website a week or so ago, so e-mailed to find out if I could call in an order of swatches. Emma contacted me very quickly, to let me know I can call in and they could sort me out. I called, and spoke to a woman (I forget her name), and she was absolutely great! She was apologetic about my "inconvenience ", and I assured her that, as my "retirement" job is as a manager of a retail store, that I understand "stuff" happens.

We got the order completed, and I expect my package in a few days.

Truthfully, I would feel that if I were to consider buying from someone else, it would feel like I was cheating on them. The only exception is a company out of South Africa who will make a sporran for me, with my (Canadian) regimental cap badge on the cantle, made feom springbok hide.

So far, my experience has been 6/5 Stars. Their website layout is easy to navigate. Customer service (Erin, Emma, Emily? I'm horrible with names) has been second to NONE through the ordering process. Even taking the time to call and clarify request. Also enjoy the video catalog on YouTube. So far it seems to be my go-to company for all Highland/Celtic related products. Highly recommend! Great service. I had a question that I emailed and received a very warm and thorough response within 24 hours. I also was able to call and talk to someone who provided a great deal of help since I had no idea what I was doing. Product arrived faster than expected and the quality is top notch.
