We traveled from Ohio to hike at Rickets Glen. We randomly found vista lodge looking for a room for the evening after our hike. Couldn't be more happy. The cabins are extremely clean and very nice. The grounds and the facility are very well kept and clean. Highly recommend, we will be back for sure.

We were impressed with this beautiful lodge and especially how clean it was! When I contacted Vista Lodge to book a few rooms, Michelle was very friendly, professional and quick to respond to all my questions. As promised, she let me know when our rooms were ready and gave us clear instructions. The furniture is gorgeous, the appliances are modern and everything seemed very new. This is our new place to stay when visiting Mill Race Golf and Campground. Looking forward to spending time here in the very near future! Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

We were in town for a wedding and stayed for two nights. The cabin was super clean, welcoming, and cozy! The lodge's were very spacious and the outdoor area was updated and tidy. The beds were pretty firm but it wasn't a deal breaker. Michele sent a welcome text upon arrival to make sure we made it safely and was able to check-in - a very nice touch!

Our family rented three (one for five nights; two of them for a week). We could not have been more pleased. The houses are top-quality construction and very comfortable. The pavilion was perfect for a family picnic and there is lots of room for kids to play. It's a million times better than a hotel or bed-and-breakfast. Thanks, Vista Lodge!

I would only have one negative about our stay, it was only for one evening. We stayed in Unit 10. Arrived to a wonderfully clean and pleasant cabin. It has everything you need for a longer stay to enjoy the area. Michelle was a wonderful host as she emailed and texted to ensure we had everything we needed and our stay was pleasurable. We love the cost feel. The parking area was lit to ensure security. Parking is all concrete which is great for motorcycles. We loved the views from our unit. All other guests were quiet and respectful. We will definitely be back and this time for more than one night.

Awesome brand new tiny home cabins! Secure door locks provide a good sense of security. The small is a mix of rustic and modern with an interior log cabin feel. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is updated and clean and worked flawlessly. The couch in the living room was a little chilly as it is all leather. Great cabin for a great price and offers a unique experience for groups of up to 4.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and so comfy. The view was beautiful and it was quiet. Just as a heads up the max number of people per house is 4. I booked through Expedia and I'm not sure if I saw that on there. But if you have more than 4 people you need to book more than one house. Apparently if you have more guests than is allowed you can get the whole place shut down. So please don't go doing anything to get this place shut down cause it's awesome. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle to somewhere quiet and beautiful, this is the place to go. It's 20 mins to Ricketts Glen State Park and the few mom and pop restaurant that are nearby have phenomenal food. We will be staying here again soon.

Cute little cabins for a reasonable price. Bigger than we thought when we booked. There wasn't a picture of the bedroom on VRBO, so we thought there was only a futon; turns out there's a queen bed in the bedroom in the back. Pet-friendly, easily accessible. Thought we had an issue with the hot water, but it turns out there's a switch on the wall to the left of the bathroom. Owners responded quickly to let us know that, which was great. We'll definitely be staying here again while visiting friends in the area.

The place is brand new and beautiful. It's everything you could want in a home away from home. My family stayed two nights and enjoyed it very much. The only things that were less than perfect... The bed wasn't the most comfortable but good enough, the towels were a little small and didn't dry all that well. For the price it was every bit of all five stars! If you're ever in the area and looking for a place, don't look anywhere else!

My family rented 3 cabins for the weekend and two of them are staying the rest of the week. They came from Florida, Washington state and Philadelphia. We have had a great time there spending time together. The lodges are so adorable!

Lodges are spacious, clean, and comfortable. They feel brand new. We loved the nearby pavilion with fire pit (bring your own wood). We plan to go back!

My husband and I have been here for a little romantic getaway for the last 3 days and I have to say it has been AMAZING!!!! From speaking with Michelle for our reservations to meetind Dee our housekeeper, they are AWESOME!!!!!! The Cabin is BEAUTIFUL, SPOTLESS CLEAN, and BEYOND AMAZING!!!!!!! We really do not want to leave...We are so looking forward to coming back in a few weeks!!! We found our permanent getaway spot!!!! Thank You Vista Lodge!!!!!!

Great place. Clean, well thought out. Great fire pit / picnic / cornhole area. Fair priced. Wish they'd add a couple extra fire pits. Doesn't need to be as extravagant as the one in back. And supply wood. I'd pay $20 extra a night and wouldn't mind it if they'd provide wood. Then it would be perfect. But very nice the way it is as well.

These are beautiful, brand new, little cabins. Thy have kitchenettes that include place serving dishes for four, a microwave, a toastet, a two burner hot plate, a coffee maker, a few pans, utensils, mugs, and cups.

In the bathroom they provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. The towels are pretty small and thin. Larger and/or thicker ones would be nice.

There are two heating/air conditioning units that do a good job.

The main bed has a 6 or 7 inch memory foam mattress. It's ok but not great. The other bed is a futon that is pretty good.

We've stayed there twice now and liked it a lot. The price is $79 for Sunday through Thursday and $100 for Friday and Saturday. They charge a $200 security deposit which is odd for the hotel/motel market. They return it a few days after you leave. They have you pay through PayPal which works well.

These are well built and reasonably priced. I recommend them.

My sister & I went here for an overnight getaway & we loved it! The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We will definitely be going back!

So far, day one. Wow!! These are really great places! Absolutely beautiful and perfect! Dishes, utensils, everything included!! Last minute stay whilst deciding to stay to finish the Benton Rodeo. So worth it!!

I'm thinking of buying one and have them built it on my property. They are well built and ideal for me at my age. 86 I'm down sizeing to two rooms and everything you need. No money talk yet. The other good reviews are accurate.

Vista Lodge was exactly as it is stated. Comfy, homie feel...but brand new! After a long day of hiking Ricketts Glen, a great night's sleep is to be had in the cozy bedroom. Ricketts is only 20 minutes from Vista Lodge, so its a no brainer for those looking to stay over

I was impressed by how modern the utilities were and how clean they kept the lodges. I definitely plan on being a repeat customer.
