We had a wonderful lunch. Both of us got cheesesteaks, and we had Cajun fries and onion rings ... the onion rings were very good and the fries were crinkle cut both were hot and fresh! The cheesesteaks were tender meat not greasy at all. The roll was so soft on the inside and the outside had a thin crisp to it ... in my opinion perfect texture. They were so hot (temperature wise) and plenty of meat and cheese. Some places you go are so skimpy with the portions and this place did it perfect just how we like! We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

I got a cheesesteak and was so ravenously hungry that I gobbled it down before taking my picture of the meal...BUT it WAS delightful to have an excellent sandwich and a nice conversation with a friend. Audience, I highly recommend The Pepper Mill.

Absolutely love the food here! The spicy chicken cordon blue cheesesteak is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had! The fries are always done nice and crispy, and if you order wiz on the side they give you a big ol' cup of it! Top the meal off with a delicious milkshake, and you'll have to roll out of this place!!

I don't eat hoagies so I had their BLT which was perfect. Served with ripple chips and pickles. Others had the chicken or beef and loved them for their Hoagies. We've come here over 30 years. No non sense place. Cash only

That's their large cheese steak with hot peppers, grilled onions, mushrooms, ketchup and pickles. I didn't intend to eat the whole thing, but it was so good, I couldn't stop.

Great food, friendly service. A bit cold when sitting inside is the only slight concern.

Peppermill took a van full of our basketball team right before closing. They gave the best customer service and the food was delicious.

Stopped by to grab a couple slices, but alas they don't sell slices. The cook was quick to jump up to the counter and tell me that she could make me a small pizza in no time. So I ordered a small pepperoni and within 10 minutes, maybe less, I had a hot tasty pepperoni pizza! Friendly, helpful, fast and the food was good! Definitely worth a try!

This is one of the best places to have a good sandwich I'm talking a huge down home belly filling sandwich!!! Beside the comfort food, the staff is very welcoming and treat you like family, I love this place!!!! The waitress is awesome and she's been there for a very long time. We also love IRA his chicken wings are out of this world!!!!

We have ordered many different items over the years but just ordered the triple cheese steak for the first time. Wasn't sure what to expect but like all the other offerings we were not disappointed and will definitely order it again. The combination of the three cheeses was perfect!

Really great food! I order frequently. At least twice a week. Not someone who ordered once and is now reviewing them based off one experience. EVERYONE makes the occasional mistake. Order slightly wrong once, Delivery late once. Every other time I have ordered here it has been perfect! Everyone is exceptionally polite and nice on the phone and in person. The food itself has got to be the best you can get delivered in West Chester, for real! I cannot speak for their pizza as I do not order pizza often and have never had theirs but all the other food is 9.5/10. Support your local stores!! Especially the good ones like this! They'll have my business for a long time.

Locals took us here for the cheesesteak sandwich. Very delicious! This place has a very comfortable atmosphere, our waitress was witty and funny. Had a great time and enjoyed the food.

Haven’t been here in quite some time. Ordered some old favorites, hot and blue Stromboli, a “Prime” pizza and some Premier Cheese Steaks. Just as good as we had remembered. Look forward to ordering again when we come back to town. Pepper Mill never disappoints.

I love the Peppermill. My family has been going here for years. Great food, great service, great prices. My only qualm is that during a time when mask mandates have been dropped, (writing this August 1 2021) they still have the requirement for their customers. What’s more, is that even though customers are required to wear masks, every employee behind the counter has their mask pulled down under their chin. What’s the point?

Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Been around as long as it has for a reason. Fantastic Cheesesteaks, Great Pizza, and a decent selection of signature sandwiches. Timely delivery drivers. And service is always polite. The Dine-In area has a great atmosphere and fast service. One of Chester County's best locally owned businesses, hands down
