Nissan of The Main Line

We called ahead after finding a 2013 Altima for sale on their website. We were looking for a 1st car for our teen daughter.Spoke with Frank, who took great care of us, when we arrived. We test drove the car, it was super clean inside and out. The previous owner clearly took care of the car. Frank made sure everything was taken care of and we left with a great vehicle. Our daughter loves it!

I was so stressed trying to find the new perfect car after my 2003 Toyota Camry was totaled. It wasn't until I inquired about a 2015 Hyundai Accent that I found relief. Til was the best! She was so understanding and professional. She did everything in her power to help me with my busy work schedule by even working with my fiance, and I couldn't ask for anyone better. Great experience at this dealership. Sean worked with my family to be responsive to our timeline and needs while achieving a fair price. As a young family we had very little time to spend in dealerships shopping around and finalizing our paperwork. We definitely didn’t want to feel pressure to buy same day either. Sean and team helped to minimize time in dealership and focused our first visit on test driving and discussing options and our second visit on signatures and getting the keys. Sean and team were available as we contemplated the purchase away from the dealership. Highly recommend this dealership!
No gimmicks, they were straight-forward on pricing (costs were broken down and made sense), and they did their best to get me in and out with the car I came to buy. I couldn't take the car home the day I bought it as it needed some repairs, but they went above and beyond by driving it to my work 2+ hrs away to hand me the keys. Car was detailed before I received it, and even had a full take of gas!

Since Devon Nissan changed ownership to Nissan of The Main Line, the company and its staff are top notch. They take care of their customers by treating them with respect, explain in detail if there are any changes to you required service and try to make you visit as comfortable as possible. Katie and the rest of the team deserve a 5 Star rating!

I've previously leased a car when this was Devon Nissan, the service was great... but now it's Exceptional!! I decided to buyout my lease, from the beginning Alison was professional, easy to talk to, NOT PUSHY, explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. She along with the service & finance staff prioritized and valued my time and had me all taken care of within 2 hrs. I've never experienced a car buying process this easy before. Awesome service!! Very professional! The bad experience and depression of having an abrupt breakdown was immediately changed when I brought my car to Nissan of mainline. They worked on my broken Tie rods and made recommendations that were both cost effective and quick to get me back on the road. They kept me updated and current in all aspects of the repair.

Their services staff are very easy to talk to. Management, Services salesmen, and mechanics actively worked as a team to best complete the repair. A truly awesome team! Anthony was the services salesman that assisted with my immediate issue, but they all work as a team at this location.

Super reliable, unlike most auto repair service centers that try to tack on more repairs, services, and parts than needed. Nissan of mainline is not like that, they will repair what is requested and make recommendations that are truly needed, not trying to inflate the bill and dig deep into your pockets.
