We just bought a 2010 Nissan Frontier from Dealer Don Wallence Auto Sales. We couldn’t be happier with the truck. Our whole experience was great. We were greeted almost immediately. We were able to test drive the truck. Everyone there was very nice. They work together as a team.

I went to Dana Ford in Staten Island, NY where they had a deposit put on a car the morning I was suppose to see it (they told me it happened two days prior, it wasn't on the lot but I physically seen it, and they couldn't give me an exact date the security deposit would last until I could make an offer). They never notified me and I drove my family an hour and a half for them to try and up sell me on something else. I went on autotrader and stumbled onto Don Wallence's Chrysler 300c. I called and got a test driver right away. They treated me with respect and went out of their way for the little things. (getting paper work I asked for, showing me every part of the car, and down to earth blue collar workers.) It took two days and them staying open a little bit later for me to have my new car. Words can't fully express how happy I am with the service they provided, especially for a smaller family own dealership to out perform such a bigger dealer was amazing to be apart of.

I was very pleased with Don Wallence Auto Sales. Tami, the sales manager, was very responsive and professional during my initial inquiries. As I was heading up the road to their dealership, Tami made sure I have the first right to purchase the vehicle (as there were other interested buyers already looking at the truck when I finally arrived).
Vehicle listing description totally matched the actual conditions. No surprises, no gimmicks. Sales process was very smooth and fairly quick. Don helped me out to get tags and I was back on the road in my new Nissan Xterra. Love this truck. Passed state inspection with zero issues. Truck was very well kept and it shows. Drives strong.
I would definitely buy another vehicle from Don Wallence. And Tami should get a pay raise ;)

I bought my 2012 ford explorer in may so yes I’m late on this review but I still could not be happier. I ran into 2 small issues a few days after buying my car and they fixed it with 0 issues. The customer service was great from start to finish. The car was clean when I got it, and everyone was extremely nice. Highly recommend Todd and his team!

After being denied the request to test drive a car at another dealership because I'm 20, I came here. They were so nice and accomodating and gave me a fantastic deal. 8 months later and I'm still in love with this car!

Before buying my car from Don wallence I looked at the reviews and I wasn't very confident because of the few bad ones, but I took a chance, they had the best prices for used cars in the area. They were very nice and worked out every concerns /questions I had. I got a car for a very good price and quality. 5 months later I still have no complains with the car. Those who are reading this, keep in mind that there are probably a lot more people who are happy with their purchase, but people usually come here to complain rather than to be grateful.

I just got a car from these guys and it went well! Super nice people and easy to work with. The car I got from them was well priced and clean! Salesman seemed honest and was nice he didn’t give me the “ annoying salesman” vibe. The mechanic/ service team did a great job on getting the car ready. Really have nothing bad to say. I’d recommend this place to a friend... place is defiantly NOT a scam center. We ran into a problem with the financing company.. nothing serious but they helped work through it with me and got me right back on track quickly!

I had already been to enough dealerships who said they knew what I needed, or said they heard me...but they didn’t deliver. I had several options to choose from and each car was clean, well taken care of and in my price range. Todd was great and he found me fantastic financing. Easily the best car buying experience I've had. Todd answered any and all questions I had regarding a handful of vehicles I was considering which led me to a car that I love to drive. I feel confident that I made the right choice, both in dealerships and vehicles. Regardless of my credit situation, we were able to take our time and figure out a plan that worked for me, even discussing refinancing options down the line while I continue to build my credit. Made a recent purchase from Todd and his staff. Even with the Covid-19 going on, his staff was professional, knowledgeable and more then helpful. Todd was great from the original email, to application help, to test drive and finally the end sale. After a few days I had a service question, called was given proper information even spoke with the mechanic directly. Would highly recommend Todd and the whole team at Wallence Auto. I’m one of those people that was never a fan of used car dealerships. You either feel like every car is sketchy, or you feel like the sales associates want to eat you alive for ‘wasting your time’. Todd, Joan, and Diane have completely changed the car buying experience for me. We went in to look at a car on a Monday night with two rambunctious 4 year olds and a new born. Todd and Joan we’re both unfazed by the little ones running around wanting to see all the cars and every inch of their office. Todd even gave our boys a toy car to play with so we could focus on the details of our purchase while they played. On top of all that, we never felt rushed or pushed at all through this entire process. We test drove a car that several other people were looking at, and ultimately decided the deal was too good to pass up. Our loan office was closed, so Todd wrote up a sales order and promised to hold the car for us until the next day, no deposit required. Everything from there was a breeze. The next day, they took care of every detail. Diane kept me in the loop over the phone throughout the entire morning. Even though I went with an outside lender, they did all of the communicating with the loan office, and the insurance company. I just provided a few documents, the rest was taken care of by them. I walked out with the keys to a car within 30 minutes of going in to sign the paperwork...Which is AMAZING when you have a newborn baby along for the ride! When we took the car home later that day, we noticed a bit of exhaust smoke coming from the tailpipes that we hadn’t noticed before. We called in the next day, and they told us to bring it in to take a look. I should mention that we bought this car as is without a warranty, so I was very grateful that they cared to check it out at all. All in all, we got a great car, for a great deal, at a great place. This is the place to go if you’re looking for amazing customer service. Todd has a true talent when it comes to running a business. We are thrilled with our purchase and our experience. After searching everywhere for a lower priced first car for my grandson, I ended up finding exactly what I wanted here. Todd was VERY easy to work with and addressed my concerns immediately. I found a couple things I wanted fixed on a jeep and within one day my grandson was driving home in his SUV. I met Todd's son, who did all the work on this vehicle and his wife who drove it every winter. I felt very comfortable buying here after seeing the level of customer service provided.

Fantastic customer service, Tami was excellent, great knowledge of all their cars , very friendly and not pushy at all to make a sale. You can tell she really enjoys he job trying to get the customer the car that works best for them. Would/will definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a good car.

They are very nice to deal with. They will work with you and do what they can to help. Rick was there when I picked up my car and he was hilarious. He'll try his hardest to make sure you have a good experience. Todd was diligent in trying to get me a car, not just to make a sale, but so that I actually have one. Not a normal car salesman, seems to actually care. They also made it as easy as possible. Doesn't look like a lot on the outside, but I'd rather go to a small, quality place; rather than a big shiny dealership that just wants money.

My parents just bought me a fully loaded Hyundai Sonata from Wallence Auto Sales. It is a clean and sleek looking car. It has a great sound system for my music and the ride is smooth. The business was fantastic to deal with and Todd was extremely helpful and led us to a fantastic purchase. I can now go back and forth to college in a very reliable vehicle.

Todd helped me with the purchase of a beautiful fully equipped and well maintained used 2014 Nissan Versa Note during the quarantine. He was very helpful and responsive via email and we were able to complete most to the sale and details over email which was very convenient. Since I was buying the car with cash Todd and his son were able to bring the car directly to my home. My fiance is at high risk with cancer so I was very impressed that they both had masks and gloves in compliance with the covid social distancing rules. Plus they wiped down the car again before handing me the keys. The car runs amazing! I am so happy with this car buying experience. Thanks Todd!
