Pure Hockey

It's my first time learning how to play hockey so I needed all sorts of gear and equipment and I wasn't confident buying anything. The sales assistant that helped me was super helpful and kind and non-judgmental. It made me feel better about purchasing what I needed. The cashier was helpful and kind during our interactions as well. Both associates made me feel welcomed and were informative for a beginning player. I definitely will be revisiting this store for all of my future hockey needs.

Just recently stopped in to look for a new pair of skates. The Sales associate was very attentive even though he was fitting 4 people for new skates at the same time. I bought the Bauer M-5’s and hat them baked, profiled & sharpened on site. The new skates fit perfectly and the profile and sharpening are perfect for my size and style of play. I highly recommend this store for all of your hockey needs. Thank you for great service!

Pure hockey has been the hockey store I always go to, but this pure hockey was special. I went on Black Friday, and usually stores are packed and it takes a while. However, at this pure hockey the employees helped me find new skates and a helmet fast and quick! They were so nice and patient, and the cashiers were quick and easy! If anyone is looking for a good hockey store then come to this pure hockey, they have it all! 😁

First time visiting to get my "vintage" skates sharpened and Adam was super friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back for sharpening and other needs.

The young man who helped us was awesome. He took the time to make sure that the skates fit and were molded properly. This also gave me time to buy a few other items for my grandson

Went here to grab some hockey equipment for my 8yo. The staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly. We got everything we need.

The staff was excellent, John walked us through fitting my daughter for all the great needed even though I wasn't buying today. It was the one sport I never played growing up so needed the help and he was awesome! Definitely going back when I need to purchase.

Went in to purchase my daughter's first pair of hockey skates. I knew what my budget was and had an idea which models were going to be best suited for her. We were helped by Buddy who was fantastic, low pressure and quick. We were out of there with a pair of Bauer Supreme 3S skates fully sharpened and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. Now we just need a place to teach her to skate.

Had a good experience while shopping for a new street hockey stick. Mike was very knowledgeable and was willing to help me with all of my questions. A very large, clean, and bright shop with helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely be back!

Brought my daughter and son in for fittings for the NHL Flyers Rookie Program - the team at Exton Pure Hockey was awesome! They engaged and joked with the kids, were knowledgeable and efficient with the fittings, and were really enjoyable to work with. The kids had a great time just getting fit for their gear, and are very excited about starting up the program, and the experience with the crew at PH just added to that.
I've been in to the store previously for skates and a helmet, and each time the crew there is helpful and knowledgeable; the store has a great selection and range of products in all sizes. Definitely one of the best places to get hockey gear around.

Great experience. I brought my son in to look for gift ideas to replace some of his aging hockey equipment. The man was very patient and knowledgeable while helping us decide what items were best. Prices are very fair. Will be back. Thank you.

My son and I were in from Atlanta for a tournament and my son needed a new stick. We went to Pure Hockey because it was closest to where we were staying. However they did not have the stick he wanted. They were nice enough to find the stick he was looking for at a competitors store. That is great customer service!

Went in for a goalie bag, staff was happy to help, pulled bags from the top shelf for me to look at. Even though the bag was priced wrong from CCM they still honored it. Awesome service and everything you could possibly need for the best sport on Earth.

I took both of my sons to Pure Hockey in Exton to return things they bought from Christmas. The second we walked in the door we were greeted by John and Brian! They were so friendly and helpful. They both helped my 12 year old pick out a hockey stick! We usually go to the North Wales one but last time we were there nobody came to ask for help and they weren’t real friendly. My mother in law went to return something about a month ago and said they were so mean to her and told me never to go there again. That’s when we decided to go to the Exton one. It’s about 25 min out of our way but well worth it since they were so nice to us. We will always go there from now on! Thank you Brian and John for making us feel comfortable and so good to my boys!

Awesome place to get all your hockey gear. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and they have a huge selection so you can try different styles till you find just the right fit. Eric was super nice and helpful! They also sharpen skates.

Service is superior and knowledgeable. Explained the value of the different brands of skates to a worried momma and excited player. Wonderful experience. Will keep coming back.

Great experience with Mike, one of the managers, spending a lot of time answering all of my questions. He went out of his way, not for the sale, but just to give me the help I asked for.

Great service and conversation from Matt, over if the guys that works there. Very friendly, knowledgeable without being pushy salespeople. Huge selection of sticks, pads, goalie gear and such!
