We wanted to look at strollers in person for feel and size. Kids N Kribs had every brand we were interested in at the shop! Kevin chatted with us for probably over an hour, and really helped us narrow down our stroller and car seat picks. He was so knowledgeable. Thanks for the time today, looking forward to many trips back!

Kevin and the other store associate were amazing! Really patient with us and I enjoyed being able to hold the products on our registry. Using the weighted baby in the baby carrier was particularly cool!

I have made many purchases from Kids n Kribs over the past 2 years and every time has been a joy. Their staff is always incredible with offering us help and even giving us suggestions on toys we may like based on items we came in for. We also purchased our Veer from them and it is easily our favorite baby related purchase. Their new location is always spacious and beautiful inside!

This store is lovely and Jenny was incredibly helpful. We went with my sister who is 8 months pregnant and thought she was all set on everything she needed. Thanks to Jenny we quickly realized she had registered for the wrong stroller and car seat! Without Jenny my sister would have been stuck with a car seat that didn’t fit in a stroller that was way too big for my petite sister. She was patient, informative and very kind. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Love this place! Beautiful merchandise and wonderful salespeople. I’m not up on all the latest baby accessories and gadgets. All I have to do is ask for help and the team here gives me the advice I need to pick wonderful items for my baby gifting needs. Even during the Covid closure I was able to have them put together a beautiful basket of items for a friend’s grandbaby! Then all I had to do was pick it up from the store. I love supporting local businesses and Kids n Kribs makes it easier, and far better, than online shopping!

It is amazing what a wide variety of specialty baby / kid products they have in this store. The world of baby gear can be intimidating and overwhelming for first-timers, but the lovely, patient team at Kids N Kribs take the time to help you with every decision. Thanks to them, our baby has beautiful furniture, a great stroller and car seat, and some of the cutest blankets, outfits and toys imaginable. Their inventory is excellently curated, and the people that work there are dolls.

This isn’t the place to go for diapers or baby wipes — but this is definitely THE place to go for any substantive baby-need. Our firstborn is set with their Kids N Kribs gear, and we will certainly be back for any future children’s needs.

Had a great experience the other day when shopping for some gifts with my daughter (and our dog) The staff is so helpful and nice! Also love our daughters bedroom set we purchased last year. Great store!

I called KnK about a question regarding Stokke, which is a brand they sell. I had just gotten off the phone with Stokke who has TERRIBLE customer service. Nikki could NOT have been more helpful. She was kind and understanding and offered to help in a multitude of ways, all of which she was under no obligation to do as I didn't purchase the chairs from her. I plan to take my Stokke product in to the KnK store to try and get her help further, per her offer. I need to be clear: I haven't spent a DIME at KnK nor have I ever darkened the door of their store. Based on this one phone call and the way Nikki handled our conversation and my plight, I will absolutely not only start going there myself but all telling anyone who will listen that this store is worth paying a visit to. THIS is the way to handle customer service. Kindness and solutions. Nikki, if you ever read this: THANK YOU. This sleep deprived mother of 3 under 3 had her day turn around because of your kindness. It probably wasn't a big deal for you, but it truly meant the world to me. I so appreciate it and you.
