Cedar Hollow Inn Restaurant & Bar

Great restaurant! Very good food and service. I got the short rib hash from the brunch menu, and it was very good and actually quite healthy! Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. There were quite a few unique and interesting dishes. And the chocolate tort dish was so rich and scrumptious. And our waiter was very friendly.

I only had one recommendation - I think there should be some shades in the screen room, because the sunlight was hitting us almost directly and got quite warm in the room.

Other than that, great place and we'd definitely go back!

Everything was great, especially Mimi, our server! The food was awesome! Lots of parking, too. Recommend make reservations if you plan to have dinner on a Friday or Saturday night.

Most excellent evening after touring the beautiful Valley Forge area today. I was looking for a seafood restaurant close by to Residence Inn. I noticed Cedar Hollow Inn had live music so I chose it over restaurants just walking distance away. WOW! We hit the jackpot! Food was exquisite and service was very friendly and attentive. We had a nice table for two in the front and the music was just outside around the corner. Not too loud and this created an excellent ambiance. Jerry Watkins is a one-man band who plays a broad range of music and his guitar playing and vocals are impeccable. We closed the place. Great time, great restaurant, nice people and I requested that Jerry get a gig in Wilmington, DE at the Oyster House so we can attend his shows more often. The food was fantastic prepared by the owner/ chef. Great, great, great! I highly recommend seeing Jerry Watkins. He plays here every last Saturday of the month here. Yes, I wrote a lot in this review because it's worth it.

Visited a very long time ago (2007) whilst working in Wayne (business trip from England) and it was a wonderful experience. Great food, nice staff, pretty building and a relaxed atmosphere. Hope to come back again one day. Sorry it’s taken so long to share my review. 👏🏼

Tasty food with good variety to meet the needs of all 10 of us. Excellent tequila fire Martini and my wife loved her red blend wine. Very attentive service with appropriate service checks and delivery of foods. Wish we lived closer.

Another awesome night at the bar. Had drinks ,appetizers and kids had dinner. Love this place. We eat here every time we are up from Alabama.
Update: 11-21-2022 we had drinks and food with friends and family. Pot Roast was excellent. Always have a great time.

We stopped for lunch ( as recommended from Valley Forge Visitor Center) and I must say it surpassed my expectations. Food and service was phenomenal. We live about 45 minutes away, I would come back just for the food! Great job everyone, keep up the good work. ❤👏

This was my first visit to this establishment. I was with a large group. The food was very good. I started with the mushroom bisque. It was a large portion and very tasty. Next I had the Mediterranean sandwich. My sandwich was very good, the chicken was moist. The person who sat across from me had the same sandwich. She said hers was good but it was dry.

Very pleasant atmosphere, meal, drinks, and service for a recent birthday celebration. Casual and nice at the same time. I can't wait to come back when the weather is better to check out the patio.

Very nice place for lunch or dinner. Prime rib special was awesome. Nice beer selection and service were great. If you are ever in the area, you should check it out.
