Flour & Oats Artisan Cookies

picked up a few cookies from the Rittenhouse farmers market. Coconut chocolate cookie has to be my favorite! Perfectly soft & chewy

I can’t speak highly enough about Flour & Oats cookie shop. It is a hidden gem, and the staff always greet me so warm and personally when I walk through the door. Most importantly, the cookies themselves are incredible. They have both classic flavors, which are great for the kids, and some more sophisticated ones which are great to bring to a dinner party or other event. If you ever stop in, I also recommend trying one of their baked scones– I am not exaggerating when I say it is probably the best scones I’ve ever had in my life. I also appreciate that each item is individually wrapped to prolong freshness, although I admit they have never lasted in my house longer than a day!

I went to Flour and Oat today for the first time. Usually local bakeries are substandard at best. The baked goods at Flour and Oats are fabulous. Even better than my home baked. Will definitely be back and will recommend to my Airbnb guests as well. All their offerings are scrumptious.

Flour & Oats cookies are the best around! I love buying a variety and sharing them with friends so we can all have a taste of each. Both the classic cookies and seasonal flavors are consistently delicious. The bakery is also a great space to savor a coffee and a scone!

Impossible to find this quality of product almost anywhere in general. Cookies are flavorful, melt in your mouth. Favorites are the chocolate chip and shortbread, but there are so many interesting and innovative flavors. I can’t stop eating them. Phenomenal addition to Philly area.

We love this place. We host our team event Corks and Cookies here every year. Lisa Russell makes the most delicious savory and sweet artisan cookies. This year we had the please of trying the pancake and bacon which was amazing!!

I ordered and shipped cookie boxes to several relatives for Thanksgiving and they told me they loved them!! The cookies were fresh, delicious, and the hit of their Thanksgiving parties.I’m ordering for Christmas!

Stopped by Flour & Oats with my husband yesterday. I’m embarrassed to say we have lived in the area for 9 years and this was our first time here. We have been missing out! We purchased scones (lemon/blueberry and raspberry) and an assortment of cookies, plus some grain and gluten-free pumpkin/peanut butter dog biscuits. Everything was delicious, fresh and tasted homemade. They also sell Stolen Sun coffee (also delicious). I would recommend this local bakery as the products are great as is the service. We will definitely be back!

Wow, I got a comp Hiker cookie from Craftworks at the races and had it for lunch the next day. What great ingredients texture and delight to eat!

Wonderful service from the baker we spoke with. We took several to go and I ate them embarrassingly fast. We got ginger molasses hot out of the oven and they were perfect. The pumpkin was phenomenal, as was the chocolate chunk and the ginger snaps. Such a nice find on our drive through.

Love this place. They have the best scones that I have had and their cookies are delicious. If my wife and I are anywhere near the store we always stop in.

First time visiting - picked up a few cookies, and wow - so good! The molasses ginger was perfect with my coffee this morning - and the shortbread with nibs! I can’t wait to try more and place orders for special occasions. Even my husband, who doesn’t care for sweets much, said they were really good!

Flour and Oats made our wedding the sweetest experience! Lisa and her team made 200 (yes. 200) amazing cookies in 5!!!!! Different flavors for our November wedding. Not only were the cookies a total hit with guests, but we had people reaching out days later asking where the cookies were from and how they could get their hands on more! Lisa and her team made some of our favorite flavors and even went as far as to make a summer seasonal favorite of the bride’s - we enjoyed their Corn cookie (bride’s favorite!!), dark chocolate sea salt (beyond words), salted caramel snickerdoodle (omg.), orange sugar cookie (groom’s favorite- he hid a couple away just for himself to enjoy), and the chocolate peanut butter cookie. My go-to for gifts! These cookies are incredible and addicting. Tons of options-- classic cookies, shortbread, cookie bark, etc. I've never tasted a Flour & Oats cookie I didn't love. Send them to all my friends, and they say the same. SO GOOD!
